Fantastic person and was very helpful! I recently broke my ankle so getting around was a bit hard so I’ve been trying to get my game transferred to their store but it was confusing bc it was a pre order and an early release. But speaking back and forth with both Audie and Jay(GS in fortwayne) we were able to transfer my copy to a digital version so I could still enjoy the early access with my husband without having to lug my walking boot through the mall lol. I did miss out on the physical copy but now I’ll never be tempted to sell the game then be upset that I can’t play it anymore haha. Audie is such a kind spirit and I wish them the very best and hope that their company sees their worth! Thank you so much!

I had to return a set of head phones. We purchased a warranty. They replaced them no questions asked. The technician was great.

Just got done spoiling my daughter for her bday here. Audie was insanely helpful. My kiddo is so excited to play all the games he helped us pick out. Thanks again Audie!!

Amazing place to go grab games.

It was really clean and well organized. The staff were kind and helpful. Everything was easy to find and pretty affordable. I visit regularly and it's always been a nice experience.

I recently got locked out of an ipad and needed it unlocked, I called the Coldwater Gamestop. However the man who answered informed me they don’t do that because of Apple guidelines, however Audie; the man on the phone, listened to understand the problem and did research seeing who could and if i could still do it on Itunes. I was very impressed with his attempts to help, so kind and wished me best of luck. Grey customer service.

My experience at games top has always been good 95% of the time the staff is very polite and helpful. They usually have a good selection of headsets in stock.

Most amazing people in the world. Friendly atmosphere and great prices. I will always buy from this store and even when I move I will be back here whenever I want a new game. I love the store, the people, and the company. Good luck gamestop and I will miss you all.

Pretty solid sales and prices compared to other locations. Very friendly and professional staff that weren't overly pushy and annoying like most GameStops. They had a large selection of games and was well organized and clean. An overall above average GameStop.

The staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. People like this are the only reason this company is still in business.

I love going into the store and just browsing but today I went into the store and got my pre-order for my PlayStation 4 and the environment was friendly and the retail workers were respectful and complimented my style.

Staff is polite and well-knowledged on the selection as well as any questions you may have. Would highly recommend to any avid gamer, casual, or someone just looking to buy a gift.

I also agree with what someone also wrote about the battle creek store. The Coldwater store is much cleaner and laid out alot better. Mostly because of space though. But both places do give very good service and employees at both stores are very helpful. But I admit I do not shop there to get videogames. I shop there to purchase funko pop figures. They do get alot of things on clearence as well so I do purchase those nik naks as well. Thank you for your business!

love the store love the workers they make my daughter's feel welcomed every time I come in and the best part is they remember myself my kids and wife.

They are super helpful. If I'm looking for a game they ask a little bit about what type I'm looking for and are able to point me in the right direction.

I prefer this location over others because of the helpful and knowledgeable staff.

This place is great because they have more games in there store. Do not go to the one in battle creek because they are grouchy do not take their time and do not have very many games.

Found everything I needed, service was great when I needed help, organized very well and over all one of the best Game Stop stores I've ever been in
