Wonderful guys, so trustworthy. They are so honest, they let me know when I need something now and what I'll need in the future. It's so helpful to know what is to come. They are family oriented, giving their recommendations based on if it was their wife or child in the car. I would never require a second opinion because they give all the information. They have even held off repair to show me the issue and explain the problem.

My bf had to take his car here. Glen (I believe the owner) is beyond professional, easy to talk to, and explained everything that he had done. He kept in contact with us so we knew what was going on, he's reasonable with pricing as well which is always a plus! Would highly recommend this place, lets keep supporting small businesses such as this one.

We've been here twice, and we're absolutely satisfied! It feels they do their best.

I have never met a guy or been in a shop this honest. I just stumbled upon them in Whats happening in BB. I took my old bmw SUV for a noise and Jason told me to go there at 1pm Friday (today). I walked in and I didn't even wait. He took the key and minutes later he came back with diagnosis FREE, quoting hours and parts to fix it just like that, unlike other shops telling me that they can't quote me a price until they start fixing it. I read right about them, they care about your concern and not your pocket. I will definitely start bringing our cars here. No wonder they got 5 stars anywhere you search for them, currently mid 70s review in google and more than 761 reviews in surecritic, all 5 stars.

Have been bringing my cars here for few years now and have always been greeted nicely, treated nicely. The charges are also reasonable.
Jason and Glenn are awesome guys.
I love helping family run business, like this one.
They have a lounge with wifi and have worked from there few times, good to know.

I brought my Audi A6 to Arrowhead for service for a multitude of fixes. The facility is very clean and has a nice waiting area with tables & chairs and a TV where you can wait for your car while being serviced. The owners, Jason and Glen, were professional and knowledgeable and have years of experience. They both have worked for a competitor before opening up their own automotive repair shop. I have never brought my Audi anywhere but the dealer, and I can tell you that I loved the personal service I received ... and the cost savings! I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend Arrowhead Automotive to anyone who needs work done on any car from luxury on down.

I’m a single woman and certainly a target for unscrupulous car repair shops. I have total confidence when I bring my car to Glen and Jason. They are always honest, fair and dependable. Their shop is clean and the waiting room is comfortable. Glen has worked on my car for over 25 years and I highly recommended both Jason and Glen for any repair.

I had a dashcam/radar professionally installed on my Lexus NX300. It looks as if they were originally installed from the manufacturer. What an Awesome job, Thank you Jason!

Hands down the best automotive repair shop I have ever been too. They did great work on my Mercedes for a reasonable price. The Naperville Mercedes Dealer wanted close to $3,000 to replace my failed power steering pump serpentine belt and a few pulleys. Jason and Glen did it job in less than a day using Mercedes OEM Parts for less than half the price. Since then, I have put 15,000 miles on my car with no issues. I now bring my wife's car and my mom also brings her car there. UPDATE 6 YEARS LATER: also have had 10+ friends bring their cars to them for repair and all of them have been pleased. Jason and Glen are the best mechanics you could ever ask for.

Failed the emissions test on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Jason was able to quickly diagnose the problem and once the part arrived had it in and done same day. Very knowledgeable and excellent service. My new go-to for service.

The service: Among the best. I don't trust many people with my cars, especially because I have had some bad experiences with unnecessary services and being overcharged. The guys at Arrowhead are experts, and truly make me understand what issues my car has, when it needs to be serviced, and any work being done. I trust them more than my Lincoln dealer.

The location: Easy to find, easy parking, and clean facilities. Comfortable areas to wait for very timely service.

Overall experience: I would recommend Arrowhead to anyone and everyone.
