Staff is awesome to work with. Not so sure about the glass window at reception desk. Everyone who talked it bounced back into the waiting area.

The APN that I saw great to work with she listened and asked questions based on my statements and the list of events I have had. She did all the listening and. Looking in ears and throat. She told me what she thinks should be tested and now we have a plan forward. I feel very confident she has me on the right path.

Friendly, clean, prompt. I’ve never waited more than 5/10 minutes even on a busy day. Doctors are wonderful and down to earth.

My children's PCP, Dr. Karen Cadet, called me tonight at 7:30 p.m. to ask questions about their wellbeing and to discuss their referral status with me for their specialists. I was awe struck that our Doctor cared enough about us to reach out with these specific questions!

I had Karen that did my MRI.She was so nice and caring. Making sure I knew every step and why and how it was done. Thank you so much!!

The doctor I have is amazing! What I don’t like is that the whole organization is Catholic!! I don’t think that’s right and they need to quit with this religion stuff it’s ridiculous

I don’t know what has happened to this medical group in the past 12 months but they continue to get appointments messed up, orders for labs, and they don’t follow through to make sure that referrals to specialists are picked up by the specialist. This is tremendously frustrating and I hope that OSF as an business gets their act together. I really like Dr. Hawkins but I am beginning to think about needing to go somewhere else!!

Dr. Samaraweera is an abusive, awful, disgusting doctor. She is not good at her job. She should be fired. She was/is abusive to me and discriminatory to me as a disabled patient. She should lose her medical license. Avoid OSF like the plague. They care more about money, than patients. Dr. Samaraweera does a terrible job and cons people.

Honestly the front desk woman was very rude when I went to get my blood drawn and yelled at me to take 6 feet back like I was a child. I honestly think she was on her period! Learn how to treat people better please! sincerely Danielle.
