I have been coming here for my own vehicles and customers vehicles for years. They care about quality here and are great to work with. Highly recommend this location given its phenomenal, very knowledgeable staff !

Dan and Todd are the best!!! We experienced an unexpected power outage last week and my daughter is on continuous oxygen and requires frequent suctioning via a tracheostomy. Unfortunately, her back up suction machine, which is also battery operated, was not working. A very scary situation!! I called Interstate Battery and Dan said to bring the machine over and they could probably rig up something so that it would work. And they were able to do it and did not charge us for it. I mean, seriously, how wonderful is that!! I hardly ever write reviews but when I do it is because the people and/or company really deserve to be recognized!!! So, thank you guys for saving the day and we will continue buying batteries from you!!!

I came in for a their Best line MTP group 24 battery, and i am glad i stopped in.

My old battery was leaking acid, terminal seized on. Todd provided me with tools, towels, battery cleaner and one of their spare terminal. Got my brand new interstate battery on and ready for the winter.

Highly recommend coming here for your battery needs.

Great customer service. I had issue with starting my car and a local car part stores tested it the battery and stated it was fine. Went to Interstate and they used a carbon pile tested and correctly load tested the battery. "Failed miserable" was the comment from the gentlemen running the tester. They offered a refurbished/recondition battery at a very good price. Could not refuse it the great deal. Fingers cross that the used battery last some time. It make sense since even new batteries does not last that long anyways...

My husband needed a new battery for his truck. It was a great experience!!! They recommended a battery and installed it very quickly. We were there for a total of 15 minutes. The facility was clean and their staff members were friendly and competent. Highly recommend.

Interstate battery rebuild center was excellent. Best service cheap rebuilt car & truck batteries. I bought a rebuilt car battery from them for just 55.00 dollars. The last 2 truck batteries i bought from them lasted me 4 years. Best low prices, service, they even let me borrow a set of their tools to take out my old car battery, then re install the new battery, i bought from them.

Wonderful customer service and every single person here goes above and beyond. The customer service here is consistent and great every single time.

Extremely nice customer service reps and very simple to purchase a new car battery. I was able to get in and out in 15 minutes and I didn't even have to do anything they were able to do it all. I highly recommend this location because of the quick and friendly service as well as it being a one-stop-shop for many battery products. Seriously awesome.

5 1/2 years ago. I had to recently let my car sit awhile. When I went to start my car after 5 weeks it was dead. A family jump started my car and drove it for about 1/2 hour and thought we were set, but not! A few days later when I realized it was not starting again call Interstate Battery and they said they'd probably just needs a trickle charge before I would have the expense of a new battery. They were only able to charge this old battery to 93%....it worked for about a month but start having problems, so I just went there again today to get a new battery. I appreciated them trying to charge it without trying to sell me another battery. I decided battery was getting old and finally decided to just get a new battery rather than chance it. They were very helpful with my several calls 5+ years ago and now.

Great deal on refurbished auto batteries. Why pay double for a new one when a refurbished one works just as well.

I neglected my car battery so badly I couldn't jump it. Interstate helped me pick a new one, and helped me carry it out. I hauled it home and watched my roommate replace it. Learned a lot from the experience and will be back (but hopefully not for awhile).

I have used Plainfield Interstate for over 30 years and they have always been able to take care of my needs. Super friendly and helpful.

Service was awesome! Had battery 4 1/2 years. Tech tested old battery. Had full charge but the draw was low. Purchased new battery and was installed for free. Entire service took 25 minutes.
