If you’re looking for a trustworthy, family owned mechanic. This place is it. The staff are so professional and thorough. They truly care for each of their customers. The work on my car looked like it needed time and pieces but they made sure to have everything ordered and worked on for me by next day. After going to this place and experiencing their hospitality, never going back to the generic mechanics again!

Sparks was great! They offered me a great price on what I needed (side window replacement) at a reasonable time frame. Kevin was extremely communicative and by the end of it made me feel like this should be the only auto place I use going forward. Highly recommend

I bought a used 2019 Subaru Forester last week. I had Sparks Inspect it to make sure everything was operating accordingly. Not only did Bob and his team inspect it, Bob went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in good condition. He gave me photos so I could have visual confidence that everything was clean. I returned later that day to have him and his team perform the required maintenance as the dealership had no record of any previous maintenance done on the car. I would recommend this shop to anyone and once I move to the city, I will still drive over an hour to take my cars here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else knowing this guy shop is open.

I have had my car repaired (general maintenance, repair driver seat, work, leather seats repaired, new head lights, and detailing) twice. Bob worked exceptionally hard to secure difficult to get body parts for my Saab. In both instances my car looked beautiful! I was amazed at the repair job on the leather seats. They matched perfectly. Detail work was great. I am now a full time customer at Sparks for all of my car needs! Thanks to Bob, his shop manager and employees for their great work!

I have been taking my vehicles to SPARKS for several years now and always a positive experience. Recently brought my 2010 Lexus RX350 in for Full Synthetic Platinum Oil Change, Coolant flush and fill and rear differential fluid change. Dropped off the night before and was ready the next afternoon. Bob, Brian and all the guys are courteous and knowledgeable.... highly recommend!

When AAA & Firestone both said suspension need to replace and charging over $1600 on my 2010 Camry hybrid. I was shocked and one of my friend recommended this one and they checked my suspension and also took my car for test drive and they found no issues. Now days getting a honesty person/company is difficult.
I have done transmission fluid & coolant flesh.. the prices are reasonable compare to AAA & FIRESTONE. The Brian team is polite and helpful.
The service is great and honesty people around what else you need for your car repairs.

The technicians at sparks were amazing! I brought my 2008 Honda Accord in and they sent pictures of all the codes, what needed repair etc. once my car was fixed the check engine light was still on so I brought it back. They did not charge me and kept my car, gave me a loaner and did not call me until they had the check engine light off. I would tell every friend and anyone I know to use this car shop! It small, personally and so so so much more reasonably than any dealership!

Bob and the Sparks team quickly diagnosed and fixed my vehicle at a very competitive rate. They were transparent in the pricing and diagnoses. I especially liked the text updates with links to the diagnostic report and work break down.

My car started to give alerts the car was close to overheating. I called Bob, who had a tow truck load the car on a flatbed within 20 minutes, waited for me to arrive, handed me keys to a loaner car, diagnosed the car early the next day, and the car was repaired by the following morning. While this kind of service might seem extraordinary, it is the same consistant service I have received over the past 17, or 18 years that I have been a customer.

I decided to do my own breaks, and totally botched the job. I had to find a shop to help fix what I did wrong. Embarrassed, I reached out to these guys and explained the situation. They were completely understanding, and made room for me to bring my car in that day. They gave me a great price to fix what I did wrong as well as complete the job. I was blown away at how quickly and professionally the got the job done. This is my new go to mechanic in the area. They are fair and honest, and will take good care of you and your vehicles. Highly recommend this shop!

Had a shake in my steering wheel. They diagnosed the issue and now my car is shake free. Very pleased with this location. They are always friendly, professional and keep a clean, nice smelling shop.
