I decided to get a last-minute cut for a new job. Online check-in was simple. Amy was my stylist. She is super-friendly, efficient, talented, and fun to talk to. I was very pleased with my haircut, and I usually cut my own hair due to being so picky and paranoid. I had a shampoo after the cut, and Amy touched up a spot she noticed when we were done. That is attention to detail I don't always see. Great Job!! Highly Recommend!!

The staff at Sports Clips do a great job. I like how they store the hair cut specification in my profile. And for only a few bucks more be sure to treat yourself to the hair shampoo, warm towel on your face and massage chair. This is a well thought out establishment.

My husband and kids like it here. They do awesome with my two toddler boys, Nicole in particular was great! i recommend!

I grow my hair to donate to Wigs for Kids. I had my haircut by Kim, who was absolutely amazing! She took her time, made sure the process was done right and made me feel comfortable and at home while she did! I will be back for the laughs, the service, and awesome haircut! Kim you're amazing!

Always the best service. If you're feeling chatty they will carry on a fun conversation with you. If you're not in a talking mood, they don't force it. Always a clean work station and all around facility. They practice high standards for what is considered a quality cut.

Fast and effective. I set up the appointment online and head over. In and out in 20 minutes and I don't see any mistakes. Can't really ask for much more. Very happy with their cuts and service.

Really this review isn’t for the store as a whole, this review is really for Skye my stylist. She is absolutely fantastic. Not only does she take her time with your cut but she makes sure you are looking and feeling your best. I followed Skye from her old barber shop because she is simply the best. Customer service these days is a lost art and Skye taps into the meaning of excellent customer service every time I come to her with our great chats and I will NOT go to anyone else.

Now the store as a whole is a chain and purely interested in being a machine with a revolving door getting customers in and out as quickly as possible, however it’s a shame they don’t have more people like Skye.

Always have received a great hair cut here for a great price. They have added more services over time that make the experience just a little bit different than anywhere else for the money. I have had my hair cut by just about every stylist and never walked away disappointed.

The staff here are always so great with my toddler son. Quick, efficient and kind. Love the app check in to avoid waiting in store. Monica is our favorite!

They were busy on the Saturday before Easter. The lead person still managed to cheerfully greet incoming customers and guide them to the online appointment kiosk. My stylist, Sandra, listened to my request for a neat trim look. She was quick and and skillful. She neatened up my beard, eyebrows and gave me an appearance that got more than the usual Gor your haircut comments.

My favorite stylist is Jackie. She always does an amazing job and I never have to worry about a thing.

This is by far the best place to get your hair cut. Tv on the walls and the stylists understand when you just want to be quiet and watch espn. Monica is amazing and she will never give a bad cut. Absolutely recommend this location and make sure you request Monica

My son's side burns in his last haircut was a little uneven but easily fixed.

Outside that, my son and I have been going to this location for years and enjoy some father and son time getting our haircuts at Sport Clips! Very friendly staff, and great customer service! 5 Stars!

I went to Sport Clips in McHenry for the first time today. I have to say it was the absolute best experience. Ashleigh was my hair stylist and she was absolutely amazing. I said to her you know what you are doing make it work for me and I let her do her thing and I am more than happy with the results. I would recommend anyone I know to go to that Sport Clips and ask for Ashleigh. I won't be going anywhere else now!!!

Amber is my go to stylist at this location! She is always professional and understanding even though sometimes I don't know how to adequately describe what type of cut I want. I am new to the short hair gang, but I wouldn't feel as confident as I do if it weren't for Amber!

I've been here many times but left bc of a bad cut. Gave them another try with someone else and she did amazing! Jacqueline did a great job and was very informative of products to use. Highly recommended.

Ashleigh and Monica are the best stylist at the mchenry sport clips i always have the best experience I went there once and have never went anywhere else! My third time there I decided to splurge on the MVP and it was amazing with the tea tree shampoo scalp massage. Thank you! I now come once every three weeks!

Great environment with stylists you can trust. So long as you know what you want from your haircut, the stylists here can help you get it. They also offer hair products based in your specific needs and they keep records of you last haircut. If you are in a hurry I recommend checking in online so that when you get there you don't have to wait. No appointments are made here FYI. Great place for haircuts!
