He is a friendly Dr. He seems a little hurried at times but usually listens to what you tell him. He has helped me get my A1C down in the 5 range it use to run in the 8-9 range so that is a big improvement. He also has found other conditions i have that my family doctor never discovered so i rate him highly. His staff needs help though, they could use a lesson in manners and kindness when dealing with the patients.

At first I felt like I was getting good care, I was informed yesterday that when I tried to make an appointment that I was dropped from the practice for no show appointments. None were no show, I tried to reschedule all my appointments but wasn't able to drive the distance with a fractured shoulder and had no other transportation. I also care for a sister with Alzheimers and cannot be left alone. She has had multiple falls in the last 6 months, inured her head and arm in the last one requiring hospitization. They seem to be uncaring about difficulties facing caregivers one who is also recovering. 🤔 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

Too bad Google makes me give this practice one star! I allegedly missed one appointment though I never received a reminder call or a follow-up to my thyroid unltrasound or recent labs. Ultimately, I ran out of prescription meds and could not reach the practice for a refill for a chronic healthcare condition, nor did my pharmacy get a response. After 5 days without my prescription, I was finally contacted and told I had to see the doctor first BUT I do not need labs beforehand. They said the doctor would renew at my visit. I asked for a renewal to last the three weeks until their next available appointment and still told no. I’ve been on the same dosage with good results for quite some time. I am now in a thyroid crisis with elevated heart rate, fatigue and irritability and today get a voicemail that they are releasing me from the practice! 😂😂 too late. I found a new MD yesterday and see him next week! Poor patient care and even worse customer service. Questionable billing processes to have someone come in for a office visit with no labs to get a prescription.

Unable to reach his DuPont office. No contact to/from office regarding visits or lab results. Not sure throw rugs belong in a medical facility where they absolutely cannot be sanitized. If you care about your life and health, do not go here.
