Gabe made buying a couch a way better experience than I expected. He has a great attitude and was extremely knowledgeable about everything we had questions on. He helped us narrow options down and find the perfect couch to fit our needs. All the while my kids were going crazy in the store but he remained calm and positive. Overall it was a seamless and accomplished trip. Gabe is a fantastic employee!!

After looking the selection over, I was walked thru info about each item, from a qualified store rep. Any questions I had were patiently answered. Store rep got me to a conclusion where I was ready to do a transaction. But my credit was not where it should be & was declined. I will try again, very near future. And was invited by the qualified store rep, to try again at my soonest possible opportunity.

Nick was very polite and thorough. He listened to my needs and wants and showed me all the choices that might work for me. After I decided what I wanted and to purchase. He explained all the details of the promotion,warranty, and answered a few questions I came up with. I had a very good experience with Nick at the Freeport store today. I'm in hopes that the factory delivers on time and as well as the store.

I called ahead to see if they had the mattress thickness for some frames we had picked up. They had them in stock and ready for our purchase.
I called back to let them know that I was having my Son-in-law pick up the mattresses. He went to the Freeport, IL location and was back to our house in no time at all.

We haven’t received our chair yet, but wanted to let everyone know that we were really pleased with the help we got from Christian. He was knowledgeable about the product and listened to what we needed. When he overheard me saying that the colors on the floor models wouldn’t match what I already had, he quickly told us we could special order our choice of fabric at no extra charge.
