Jamie and Mike are by far the BEST. They always make every conversation and payment fun. I will continue to go through them every time. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my every need, financial situation, and even fine details down to the price. I could easily get the items at Walmart for cheaper but keeping them in business is way more important than their customer service care. Them guys should be running that store entirely or either making great pay.

Very quick and easy with friendly and informative staff. Helped me find the perfect washer for my home.

Mike and Jamie delivered our new entertainment center today along with a surround sound system and did a wonderful job! They moved our old stuff out of the way and hooked everything back up and made sure it was all good to go! This is the third time we’ve used Aaron’s and I’m glad we chose them! Always the best service!!

Alex and Jamie did an amazing job helping me!! I was very indecisive, they were patient and not pushy when I changed my mind 3 different times!! The 2 guys that delivered my furniture were also nice and I felt so bad they delivered in the rain, which we all know makes things difficult but they were awesome! Will definitely be going back for future needs!

Matt and Jamie were awesome. They listened to my needs and took care of me in a very professional manner, which I appreciate. I had specials concerns and they were able to address each one efficiently and adequately.

Nathan and Oscar came and set up my boy’s bunk beds on time and without problem. They did an amazing job and made sure I was happy with their work before leaving. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future!

Over all great comfortable atmosphere everyone seems friendly and helpful! Alex went above and beyond helping me find the best TV and stereo system combination to meet my needs, he provided amazing customer service and is very personable! Very fast friendly no hassle service with a smile. If you're thinking of rent to own head to Aaron's and just ask for Alex, I'm sure you'll leave happy!!!!

Ana is Awesome please ask for her she'll take care of your needs. Then theres Jamie who's great with customers and have the jokes and Alex who helped when I ran into a lil financial trouble during my leasing. What a fantastic group of employees. Had a really good experience here came in with my fiancé and young daughter to get a washer and dryer. We were helped right away, Alex made it a super easy process. Our daughter ended up getting a little antsy cause she’s a toddler and they were super understanding which you don’t find at a lot of places. Over all an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back for future purchases. And will be recommending friends and family.

My experience with Aaron's has been AMAZING so far. When going in to choose new furniture, Matt and Anna were so helpful and friendly! We ended up not only getting new furniture but a whole new living room set! The day of the delivery i spoke with Alex and he was so friendly and accommodating to last minute changes with my end tables I wanted to make.. They said 12-3 time span for delivery and were here right at 12!!Dusean and Jermaine set the room up just as i asked and even moved the stuff around for me. Super friendly and easy to talk to! I cant say enough how AMAZING my experience with the Aaron's staff has been So far! Thanks guys!

Matt is the nicest guy who works their, Matt and Jamie are great as well. Ana is still the best though. If you all need anything anyone who you talk to will give you the best service ever

Update: I am moving to a new house and today Aaron's rental sent two of their movers to move my 5 piece bedroom set and washer and dryer to our new house. Boston and London showed up on time and super polite. It was a big job for the two of them,moving big,awkward furniture down pretty narrow stairs..they did a great job! Then then once they got to the new house they had to do it all over again...back up stairs and reassemble...not only did they set it up but also arranged it very nicely for my daughter. Both the boys were very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They definitely deserve praise for their hard work and professionalism.

I have been an Aaron's customer for going on 3 years...I have always had excellent service. Fair prices,high quality merchandise. Most recently I have worked with Anna and Adam..they were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Aaron's to anyone looking to buy furniture or appliances on an extended payment plan.

The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating with my delivery and payment schedule. Jamie and Matt are awesome and both deserve a "paid day off"! This is the forth time I've used Aaron's in Freeport and would highly recommend this store. Great job guys!!

As far as review I was greeted at the door by a very pleasant man named Matt. I was in dire need of a new washer and dryer quickly as mine had failed in the past week. He asked me specifically what I needed. He walked me back to the department let me look around on my own, not hovering over me, giving me time to look over what they had in stock what they had in stock. While he patiently waited for me to ask questions. I had determined by what they had in stock that I was going to make a purchase of new ones. I just had a gut feeling which was a good feeling about Matt in the establishment that he was going to treat me fairly and honestly. He then showed me new units I said I wanted to sleep on it but before I ever walked out I knew I’d be back to make the purchase from him personally. HE SOLD ME!
Returning the following day I came in with the money I’ve been saving for four years as I am disabled and then employed, ask for Matt gave me a fabulous deal even offer me a doughnut Yum! Signed papers all set and ready to be delivered the following Monday .
I guess to some it up in one word I was excited!
Looking forward to my brand new washer and dryer this coming week and I was assured that if I have any hassles Matt would help me..
