Store Mgr Lex went out of his way even during a busy holiday season to provide excellent customer service.

Aaron was great! Highly recommend speaking with him because he was understanding, patient and really tries to help you sort any issues out! He stayed an hour past closing time to continue helping us as well.

Jess was a great help. She explained everything to the T. I am definitely looking forward to many years of service. This is the store I will visit if I ever have any issues. Awesome experience.

Sam, was the guy that helped me. He was amazing. The internet was not working the greatest when I was trying to get a new phone, but Sam stayed calm and happy the whole time which kept me calm. He was very friendly and was there by himself trying to help multiple people at the same time. He talked to everyone there in a happy and professional way. If I need to come back there for any reason, I’m calling ahead and making an appointment with him!

Elias was so helpful and patient helping me pick out a new phone and transferring my data. He made me feel like there was nothing more important at that moment than meeting my needs. He never made me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. Wonderful man!

Jessica was awesome in helping me get switched over from US Cellular. Very professional and easy to talk to. Explained everything in great detail and she made the switch over so easy and stress free. Thanks for all your help today Jessica.

Although they're a little difficult to get on the phone, Jake, Jessica and Sam are always more than helpful when I make it to the office. They've always answered my questions and offer suggestions that are always helpful! They've always solve my problems when I bring them to them.

Lex the manager stayed 2 hours past the time he was supposed to leave just to get us all set up with Verizon. Not once did he complain or treat us any differently because he had to stay late. Much appreciated!!

Russell Cellular has been great. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff that are not pushy and do not follow you around like vultures, which is wonderful. They do try to find you the best deal on phones that suit your needs.
I managed to CRUSH two of my phones, a couple years apart (don't ask....suffice it to say that I live on a farm and I operate some heavy equipment at times and the phone, unknowingly, slipped out of my pocket....and CRUSH!), so I made the 21.5 mile trip to Russell Cellular (there is NO Verizon store/Authorized dealer in my town) and I was not disappointed. Of course, thankfully, I was due for an upgrade anyway. I've always the same, friendly, professional and courteous service and come out with pretty good deal too. Thanks Russell Cellular......I'll be seeing you.....eventually.

Jessica was amazing....she was very informative and helped me quite alot in picking out anew replacement phone. I purposely 1 hr. To your store because of the great customer service.

Visited Verizon store in Freeport IL today. Staff courteous. Did not have to wait long. Store associate answered my questions clearly. The person was very knowledgeable and explained options and choices as i processed which phone to purchase. Sales associate set the phone up for me and all data transferred. I would highly recommend this store. More than exceeded expectations!

Miranda and her co-worker were a great help in helping me get a new phone. I had questions on the iPhone 12 Pro, and Miranda helped clear the differences before directing me. Nothing but praise for her performance.

We upgraded our phones today and had a great experience with Nadia. She was very friendly and helpful explaining features on the phones and recommending accessories to go with them. I would highly recommend to go there.

Mikayla was beyond awesome to work with. Best customer service experience I have had in a long time!!! She even stayed 1 1/2 hours after closing time to ensure our phones were all set up and transferred over from Sprint which was horrible. She deserves all 11’s across the board on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best. Definitely recommend Mikayla for all your cellular needs.

Adrian was able to answer each of my questions. He was very polite and did his best to provide the help I needed. I would not hesitate contacting him when I have questions on the future.

Came in with questions and walked out with a new phone and a great plan! Kris Williams was a patient and informative customer service rep. I have been to the Rockford stores often and was not pleased with the frenzied atmosphere. Freeport is relaxed and easygoing from the start! Will take my business there from now on!
