Value City Furniture

We purchased a sectional couch from the Gurnee store. Everyone was awesome, great sales and service. We did receive a wrong color piece and they made it right fast. The rep who came out, I think his name was Alan, was great!!!
He brought in the new piece, assembled it and paired it up with my sectional. We looked at many stores before making our decision on where and what to buy, not kidding we been looking for months for the right sectional. I wish we started at Value City. Thank all of you for all the professional sales and service. Next time we will start with Value City Furniture so we don’t waste time.

Alex and Jen were wonderful! They gave us space to walk around and check things out on our own, and were there to help when we were ready! They made the couch buying experience so smooth. Highly recommend!

Lisa was very patient and provided us with phenomenal customer service. We had tons of questions and concerns that she answered very patiently. Purchased a living room set. Edith was very helpful. She was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the options available and financing. At checkout Megan was super flexible in financing terms. They both made this an easy process and I would highly recommend them!

We had a great experience purchasing furnitures from value city.
More than that, great experience with the technician Allen. We had an issue with sectional charging point and Allen came to fix it, not only he helped to fix it quickly he helped us to put the rug under the sectional and give few tips on handling the warranties and taking care of the furnitures. He is very kind, skillful and had a great conversation.

I went in today to purchase a bed set and I was received with the best customer service by Alex Rivera. He was very patient and mindful of what I was searching for. I made a good decision coming to Value City, thank you Alex.

My shopping experience was great!! Our sales lady was very nice she answered all of our questions but was not pushy!!! She answered questions and made suggestions that helped us make the best decision for us. We almost refused the protection plan but realized we needed it!!! Thank you VCF!!!

Came in looking for a couch, ended up leaving with the best one, tv stand and a bed frame. We were very indecisive about the couch size and material but Lisa Maldonado was very helpful and had a lot of patience. She went over sizes and really made sure we left happy.
