All Occasions Balloons

I hosted a surprise party for my husband at a local restaurant and wanted ballon’s to make the room more festive. I initially went to a chain party store and no one seemed very interested in assisting me so I went to All Occasions. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Jane. I explained the occasion and where the party was being held. Jane knew the restaurant and immediately came up with recommendations for the room. The balloons were delivered several hours before the party and when we walked in, the room looked incredible. Jane, thank you, thank you, thank you! It was the perfect touch for the room and created the exact atmosphere I was looking for!

They did such a good job with our balloon arch and clusters. Truly talented and so accommodating. Will always go to them for any occasion. You can be stress free because they come and put everything up and take it down afterwards.

All Occasions Balloons did such a wonderful job designing a cute look for our baby shower. Jean and her team were very easy to work with and helped me come up with a beautiful design for the special day! We designed a beautiful arch with blues, white, silver, and snowflake patterned balloons, and then added 3 beautiful centerpieces by the gift table and food. Can't say enough good things!!!

I highly recommend All Occasions Balloons! The staff was all very helpful. Lisa specifically took the time to go over different balloon options on a number of occasions with me. I never felt rushed and she was amazing to work with. When I arrived at our event I noticed they went above and beyond and added small details I didn’t expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Definitely planning on using them again in the future.

On January 23, 2022, I attended the Senior Night for the Naperville Central and Naperville North hockey teams. The balloons were purchased from All Occasions Balloons and Jane and her crew did an awesome job! They created a balloon arch for the players to enter through and it was so festive. What a difference their beautiful artwork made! I highly recommend them.

All Occasions did much of my decor for my wedding earlier this month. They delivered all of the balloons right on time, they were organized and easy to work with, and they even suggested a few fun ideas that turned out great. We chose jewel-toned colors for our colors and they were able to supply all jewel toned balloons for our centerpieces. They provided those large, very round balloons filled with confetti for our stage decor that we used to honor those who passed before our wedding day. They made a balloon "railing" as we had a huge railing showcased during our cocktail hour, and they had balloon towers which were really fun. We were super happy with the level of care and customer service they provided. Absolutely 0 complaints! ♥

I found this company while looking for the phone number for a "box store party store." I was about 48 hours out from my party, so I emailed with no real expectations. Not only were they able to accommodate me, my balloon designs and colors were absolutely perfect. Jane was a pleasure to work with, she knew exactly what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted. She is truly a professional who knows her business. I wish I could give her 10 stars.

Needed some balloons blown up for my daughter’s birthday party. I was told by the local big box party store that weekends are busy and that I should have made an appointment - for blowing up balloons - 2 weeks in advance! I called All Occasions Balloons and they were happy to take my business. I showed up first thing in the morning and everyone was very friendly. Prices are comparable to elsewhere and they also include high-flo (the stuff that makes latex balloons last longer - usually you have to pay extra for this elsewhere). They didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They expertly picked out matching colored strings and when all 8-10 balloons were filled, tied a second string to collect them together and wrapped all the loose strings around a piece of cardboard to tuck into the back seat cushion to keep them secure for the ride home. Brilliant! At big box they give you those impossible plastic clips and just let you deal with the tangled mess of loose strings on your own. The difference in the quality of service is immense. I definitely recommend All Occasions Balloons and will definitely be coming back!

We had American Balloon Co provide two spiral vertical columns of balloons with our Company Logo colors and center pieces for each table. They did an amazing job in April 2014 and Sept 2014. I highly recommend this company and would order from them again and again. They are extremely punctual and the set up was perfect! Thank you for adding some glam to our company event! I ordered balloons for our daughter's graduation and was very happy with the order. In spite of the current restrictions the process was very easy and the balloons were perfect. I would definitely order from this business again.

Couldn't be more pleased with the attention, service, fairness and everything. They helped my daughter with a big cancer fund raising event with 300+ balloons/helium/etc., and when we ran out of helium they brought more on the event day right away...with a big smile! It is a pleasure working with companies like this.
