This is the best tire shop in the area. The crew is so respectful, helpful, and honest. They will make sure you get the best deal that you need. They don’t charge any extra fees and all are well mannered. It’s my first time here and will define the go to tire shop for me.

Great experience! Went in for an oil change at the recommendation of a friend going there for all auto repairs for a while. Mike, the manager, was so kind and a great communicator. They have great prices for their services, no pressure through upselling and I got honest feedback about when to do various maintenance items. No pressure to do them today like so many places do. My car was way overdue for an oil change and it purrs now. I also thought I needed a tire rotation (incl with my oil change) and because of the location of my tires and their condition, he advised that I leave them in the same places so I can be ready for the best placement for winter. I so appreciate that advice because I honestly don't know any better! Bravo for a quick, friendly service that I could schedule last minute today. Also free WiFi so I could get work done, and HGTV on the TV 😁. Will be returning for sure!

Excellent 1st experience with Car-X - for repair to tire that had slow pressure leak. Technician located and solved problem (nail embedded in tire) while I waited. Very reasonable cost for repair. Courteous & kind treatment. Would return for future services.

Took my SUV in yesterday when something started to smell (we assumed an animal crawled into my cabin air filter and died). Philip took amazing care of us, found a couple nests in both my cabin air filter (replaced the filter for me) and engine, cleaned it all up AND took it to Avis to get sprayed down to remove the odor that was permeating from the old cabin air filter in my car. Above and beyond service, insanely quick turnaround time and was more than reasonable in price (I even asked "are you sure?" LOL!) Thank you so much Car-X and Philip, you've got a customer for life now! Also unrelated, I did take my SUV there approx. 4-6 months ago for new brakes/rotors etc, amazing job then as well!!!

The front desk greeted me very warmly and the mechanic was very professional and took a picture of what was going on with my heat shield, and explained its purpose and assured me it wasn’t my muffler that was hanging down.

Phil and the team here are extremely honest mechanics and their rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend versus some of the other shops that will just price gouge and throw parts at a car without knowing what the issue is. This is the place you should be coming to for your car repairs.

Car X provided excellent service. Not only did they change my oil, but they also rotated my tires, inspected my car for problems, and gave me recommendations, all at a reasonable price. Thank you, Philips!

Great service! Super friendly and honest people, definitely a diamond in the rough kind of shop when looking for a trustworthy place to go.

Phil and Pablo and another guy (I didn’t catch his name) were all super transparent and helpful in finding the issues wrong with my car. Once they found the issue they showed me into the shop and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained it really well!

One of my brakes was really loud when braking and turned out I was missing a caliper bolt! They ordered the part and replaced it and just charged me for the part which was super nice since it hardly cost me anything and was a simple fix but could’ve been dangerous to me had I kept driving it that way. Although, when I left I still heard a noise when braking so I called them to let them know and took it back the next day. After they dug a little further they found what else was causing the noise and fixed the issue. So, it turned out I had 2 things going on with my brakes that were causing noises and when I returned they didn’t charge me again since I had to come back.

Again, super nice, honest, transparent, helpful, and fair place to go and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my car issues. Thanks so much you guys!

Brad was a massive help. I brought the car in to get the exhaust looked at and he was very kind and helpful. He put the car up, showed me what was the issue, and gave me a detailed explanation. From the moment I walked in to getting the diagnosis was less than 10 minutes. He went out of his way to help with getting the best price around! I wouldn't think of going to another auto shop to do anything. Great service! Thanks again!

I talked with Phil over the phone and in person he was great, was honest about what he could provide and was able to get me in super quick. My car seats were flooded with water and Phil and his team were able to find the issue and fix it in about 5 minutes and even went so far as to show me exactly what the issue was under the car so I could to it myself next time if I wanted. Grade A service and no charge I was very grateful for their help as my car had been leaking water for some time without my knowledge, and it was beginning to mildew. Again cannot recommend this place enough!

Recently had a work van of ours here for a power steering repair. The shop was honest about the repair needed and time taken to do the job, which resulted in a very reasonable price out the door. They were also great about communicating throughout the process, as I had left the vehicle there for them to work on while I was at my office.

I had a car emergency and nearly coasted into their parking lot, unannounced. The next morning I spoke with Nick, the assistant store manager, who was very polite and accommodating to my situation. He did a full diagnostic and offered some options for both my budget and my time. I truly appreciated being treated with respect and regard. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of quality car care and customer service.

Today is the second time in the last year that the service I have received from this Car-X has been exemplary. Back in January, after my car battery died, Mike was kind enough to go out of his way to travel to my residence not far from the store and replace my battery in my garage. Today, after booking an appointment only this morning to get an engine belt replaced, Mike and Nick had the car repaired and fully functioning again after only a couple of hours. The work was professional, efficient, very affordable and they kept me informed of the progress at every step of the way. Cannot recommend the store and both Mike and Nick highly enough.

Peter was absolutely wonderful!! He was very friendly and accommodating. My windshield wiper blade flew off while I was driving in the rain, and this shop was the closest one to me. They ordered my blades right away, and they were delivered super quick. I was in and out within less than an hour. They were reasonably priced. Great experience. Thank you so much Peter!
