I've been using them for years, good haircuts.

Took my son in there to get a haircut it was our first time. We were greeted by the two stylist's up front with a welcoming smile. The store was clean & smelled nice. Our stylist was Tammy & she was wonderful with my son. Asked him how he liked his hair & talked to him about how he styled it. She gave suggestions to him based on what he said. He was so happy & loved the shampoo & massage. It was a great experience for him, we will be back. Tammy was great & very professional!!!

Been getting my hair cut here for over a year. I always choose to take the first stylist available at check-in, because honestly everyone here is great. This morning, Beth cut my hair, and she did such a great job that I may choose to wait for her from now on. Thanks Beth! Great location.

The hair stylist was very professional. She knew what kind of haircut I wanted after showing her the picture and she asked questions during the haircut to confirm what I really wanted. She also provided me the MVP experience free of charge for a new customer, which I thought was really nice! And then later she asked if I wanted product in my hair and if so what type (matte or shiny). I said matte and she demonstrated how easy it was to put on and the different hair styles I could do with his product. Overall, very impressive at the service!

I went into this SportClips location and all of the staff was very welcoming. My son comes in frequently to get this haircut by whichever stylist is available. We have yet to have a bad experience. I love the environment and every stylist is patient with my son and teaches him how to style his hair. I will recommend this salon to all of my friends and family.

I am writing to tell you how much I love my husband's haircut. He tried to write his own review but is having technical difficulties. And he tells me Tammy was his stylist and that she was awesome working with him. He can be sort of fussy about how he likes it and Tammy handled his preferences perfectly. I've been coming to the Lake Zurich SportClips since it opened several years ago. The reason I keep coming back is not just for location convenience. I like consistency and that's what I get when I'm due for a haircut. Knowing that Christie (my only go to hairstylist) will be there to cut and style it right makes all the difference in the world. I feel comfortable going to the LZ location. It's clean, the other stylists are friendly, and I hear the owner(s) are really cool too! Keep doing what your doing because consistency works for me. Staff is great! I come here almost Everytime for my haircut. I have been coming here for years. This location is right by the Starbucks off of route twelve. Facility is clean and the wait is usually not too bad.

I love this place. I've been to at least 10 different sports clips and this is now my home. Tammy does a phenomenal job and her attention to detail and her personality are the best.

Happy customers who get their issue resolved tell 4 to 6 people about their experience. So that’s a way to significantly influence the word of mouth about your business. Don’t act as a nameless or faceless business; genuinely talk with your customers as a person representing the business. Address your customers by name, and tell them your name at the very beginning of your interaction. And remember to always "SMILE" !!!!

Did not go in for a haircut but to pick up a gift card and product. Helpful staff and busy.

Beth is a hair magician who is also fun to talk with. The other stylists there are I'm sure just as wonderful, but I wait a few extra minutes to see Beth every time I go.
