Holiday Inn Express Rolling Mdws-Schaumburg Area

Beautiful space. Nice outdoor pool that's not too cold nor too hot. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating while we transferred to a different room because of a shower leak. I didn't hear anything through the walls or ceiling. We had a very pleasant stay. The hot breakfast was fantastic!! I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a total surprise and delight! It’s a little far from the airport but they do have free shuttle every 30 minutes. Room was huge with a king bed and day sofa. The room was recently remodelled with a nice modern fee. The mattress was excellent and the bed linens very nice. Even the pillows were a surprise of high quality feather blend. Towels were also plentiful. All staff I delt with were super nice. The free breakfast buffet was top notch including two types of eggs, sausages, perfectly cooked biscuits and gravy, fresh pancakes, yogurt, etc. I would stay again in a heartbeat

Room was nice and clean, the balcony was a nice touch. Very comfortable bed. Some photos of this place shows an indoor pool and hot tub area but there's only an outdoor pool. There's an empty hotel in front of it that might have been their old location that had that. There was a nice free breakfast in the morning with a bunch of hot and cold food options. Would definitely return. The only con was there was only one ice machine and it's on the 5th floor.

Even though I just checked in today. They were extremely accommodating to me on my work projects. Here for a couple of weeks. Location is in the center of shopping, food, etc. Ana is a wonderful front desk lady and helped me extend my room because of work at the last minute with the hotel fully occupied. Very pleased with the service of the staff.

Because of my aphasia I missed my shuttle last night. I would suggest flyers to Phone first to confirm a shuttle is coming soon.

The hotel bend over backwards to help me connect my flights. I truly needed help and they delivered! Thanks to them, I made my flight this morning.

Clean room. Kureg worked great. Water pressure was low on the 5th floor but nothing out of the ordinary. Was sent here when my flight was delayed. The shuttle ride from the airport is about 30 minutes round trip and the bus didn't fit all the people from delayed flights. With all the grumpy passengers the staff was still friendly and fast.

I loved this Hotel. We got it at a great price. The room was quite spacious. It was Neat and Clean. The room service was awesome, they would leave the room immaculate - every day.

The breakfast offering is also very very good. And open till 9.30am every day.

The 24 hour coffee is Awesome....... This was my favorite part.

2nd time staying here, and will stay again. Location is great. Kinda back off the road behind a old hotel but fine with us. We like the location as it is near the convention center and good food. Ikea is another close place we visit when we come to town. Clean and very friendly.

Front desk person was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed one night. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent.

Large, spacious rooms. Nice comfortable office chair for the desk and a recliner. The room also has a mini fridge, which was a necessity to hold our daughter's bottle and food. We were here for an engagement party which was beautifully done. The tiki decorations and parrots were a nice touch. The party was set around the pool (which was closed due to the party at my bf's dismay) decently friendly staff, quick efficient elevators... our stay was quite lovely.

Stayed here for a convention at the Schaumburg center. Great breakfast, friendly staff, ample parking, and great rooms.

Our room was clean and beautiful. We expected the pool to be cold like the temperature outside, but it was very warm and relaxing. The bathroom amenities were good quality unlike other hotels. Breakfast was delicious (especially the pancakes)! Also, the staff were very friendly and professional

Luckily my room was renovated. The only issue was no room numer plate near the door. Service was good but hotel only clean room every 4th day. It would be OK with me. But I have pick up towels and coffees and empty waste baskets by myself.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast had a lot to offer. They're doing remodeling but it didn't really bother us. Room was great although I told them they needed a lamp by the couch in our room

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a week during my corporate training. I cannot tell you how kind this staff is!!! Everyone I encountered was so friendly, warm, professional, and accommodating. They assisted me, gladly, with wake up calls, scheduling the shuttle, answering my questions about the area, recommending places that delivered, and taking care of all my needs. The shuttle drivers were all very kind and ensured I got to work on time. The front desk even assisted with booking a driver when the shuttle was either unavailable or booked. This hotel was very clean, housekeeping kept my room in incredible shape. The breakfast was very good, I loved the pool and the gym area!!!! Overall - I had an incredible stay. Thank you to Tammy and her amazing staff for making my time in Rolling Meadows so enjoyable!!!

I've stayed here multiple times and have given it Five Stars every time. The hotel lobby is beautiful. Breakfast is great. Our room was clean and comfortable.

I've stayed here about 4 times, because this location happens to be close to a place I work at.
The rooms do NOT live up to the price comparing to other hotels of lesser price.
The place is kind of empty.
The gentleman with glasses at front desk is very polite, fast, and professional. I've never had a problem with the staff, in fact I've always appreciated their attentiveness.
I want to make VERY clear. I gave thus review 5 stars because of the STAFF.
I give the rooms 2 stars considering the price.
I've even had occasions where the A/C(Heater) is extremely loud, if I wasn't a heavy sleeper I would have complained insanely.

What a great experience! we arrived after hours on our vacation, and the staff greeted us graciously. The continental breakfast was the best I have had! They offered omelets, freshly cooked pancakes, fresh fruit, pastries, and all refreshments imaginable! I was very pleased with this establishment.the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very much worth the money!

Not a lot of options for breakfast, but adequate and good quality. Rooms are actually very very spacious, when compared to other hotels. Lobby is nice and big. And wifi works super fast everywhere. Television had great selection of channels too.
