The spacious and neatly maintained room is perfect for two people. It offers ample natural light and a beautiful view. The comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom make for a pleasant stay. I spent one night and the morning before the wedding. There was a lot of space to prepare and take good photos.
The staff is very friendly.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Chez Hotel, and our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a stunning lobby that immediately set the tone for our stay. However, what really stood out to us was the incredible customer service we received from the entire team. Our travels were unexpectedly disrupted due to a CrowdStrike technology glitch, which caused quite a bit of stress and confusion. Despite the challenges we faced, the staff at Chez Hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Their hospitality and compassion turned a difficult situation into a positive experience. We felt seen, heard, and understood during a time when we really needed it. The team’s genuine care for their guests made all the difference.

My friend recently had her wedding here and it was absolutely gorgeous! The wedding and reception both went very smoothly thanks to the amazing staff. The hotel is absolutely stunning! The attention to design and detail is incredible. My bride rented the suite for the bridal party to get ready and it was perfect! The housekeepers were very accommodating to us. Overall it was a great experience and i would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling or having a wedding in the Arlington heights area.

I attended a family wedding earlier this year and the service we received was exceptional. The food catered by the hotel was delicious, everyone couldn’t stop eating it. We stayed a couple of nights and from the checkin all the employees going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect to the clean rooms and comfortable beds, our experience was a FIVE STAR rating. We spent a night here this past weekend. It was an amazing hotel, especially for the price of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was plush and comfortable. The shower was amazing. We definitely will be staying here again next time we are in Schaumburg.

Just last weekend he held a celebration for my daughter’s first communion and my son’s baptism.

We worked with Nat for our event and she was incredibly helpful. She was kind and very communicative. She was available way beyond what she should have been to help us with any requests we had. If she wasn’t around Payton stepped in effortlessly to assist. From those two on down tot he wait staff and our bartender we had zero issues. I could not have asked for an easier time. Thank you!

We had out wedding here March 2024! We were extremely Satisfied with everything that came with. Customer service was great. Food was amazing. Rooms were beautiful. Our guest loved everything and still rave about all the details or theis venue and its rooms.

I had my perfect wedding at the Chez hotel on June 1, 2024. Everything was just as I wanted. Payton was the best on site coordinator. Not only did he keep everyone and everything organized, but he does so much more than that. He made sure that my guests were having fun, he stepped in and bartended when it was busy, assisted with clean up, all while practically running the hotel. He makes it look so easy! Anyway, the venue is gorgeous my guests raved about the food, and the staircase makes for gorgeous photo opps! I 100% recommend having your wedding at the Chez! I cannot wait to start going to the rooftop!

I found Chez hotel as. nYE celebration a couple of years ago. It was so fun!! We decided to do a gymnastics end of year banquet and Payton worked with us to provide a great event and was very flexible with our many asks.
We decided to do the same banquet again this year and they really knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend this venue and working with Payton is an absolute pleasure.

We hosted our wedding at the Chez Hotel in March 2024. Thank you to Payton for going above and beyond to bring our dream wedding to life! It was challenging to find a venue that could comfortably fit 300 people, and we were pleasantly surprised that it did not feel cramped at all despite the guest size. If you are looking for an elegant venue at a reasonable price point that can fit a large group and is convenient for out of town guests, you have come to the right place! Our guests raved about the food (the poblano soup is a must!) and the luxury of the recently opened hotel. Offering ~60 rooms, it was so fun to “take over” the hotel for the night with our friends and family! We were thrilled by the proximity to O’Hare and hotel on-site for our guests who had traveled to be part of our wedding day.

We got married here April 2024! Payton was our main point of contact and coordinator. He was AMAZING. He was responsive and relaxed. He also took care of everything we could ask for and more. Initially, I was hesitant because the hotel was just opening, but the event went on flawlessly. We only had to tell Payton things once and he got ot done. The only downside was the ceremony was pretty cramped, but we also had 240 people so that was part of it. The food was good and drinks were flowing constantly.

Second City Canine Rescue held a fundraiser in the rooftop restaurant. The space was gorgeous and the staff was attentive and friendly. I can't wait to visit this restaurant again when it opens to the public.

Wow, my husband surprised me with my birthday gift by taking me to such a beautiful hotel. Beautiful... it's nicer than the Curion Hotel in Chicago and it's close to several restaurants, although they have their own. Beautiful and your mattress shower decorations.

We had our wedding here in June of 2024. The whole experience was great! Big thank you to the event planners!! We went to roughly 7 other venues and after our first meeting with Krystyna we knew this was the place. Super helpful and accommodating, hosted 300+ guests with no complaints. The day of, everything was taken care of and the event staff really pulled through making sure the venue was exactly how my wife and I wanted it. We opted for the white dance floor, which looked stunning, and lasted the whole night. Last but not least, the dinner was just as good, if not better, than our tasting! We heard many our guest complimenting the food during and after the reception. The venue also works with local food and pastry providers, so if you don't have someone already, they were a huge help contacting and helping us get extra sweets and apps. All in all would highly recommend the venue.

-Plenty of communication beforehand to iron out any details
-Prices per plate and bar were reasonable, especially post COVID
-Staff was all hands on deck the days leading up and the day of the wedding getting things setup and making sure it was perfect, which made our day that much better.

Amazing time here! Nat and Payton were the best! Their front desk gal was also amazing and so sweet. Couldn’t ask for anything more in a hotel. Great stay!
