Okay, so here it is: Primo Designs rocks! Yup, I think this is the first time I've used a "!" In any of my reviews. I started doing business with them buying custom printed shirts for large groups several years ago. The quality, look and feel of their printing and embroidery is impressive. Plus, they do what it takes to get the job done and to get it done right.

After 5 years, they've never missed the 100% mark: deadline and quality spot on. I'm confident that they do slip up, but after several years I've yet to see it.

One last thing; the next time you slip in to make a buy or just to see what they do, ask for JP. He's the one who might confuse you. He's got a great smile, a London accent, a beard that should land him a movie role, and an open & hearty manner that says, "Welcome. How may I help?"
