Dawn and Ann went above and beyond to help us! Their customer service is outstanding! After multiple visits to other Jared stores we finally met Dawn at Kay Jewelry in St. Clair Square. She was genuinely concerned and worked very hard when the other Jared stores gave us the run around! It is so refreshing that they still care about customer service, as most places these days do not. Definitely would recommend anyone to visit their store, you will not be disappointed!

I had the time of my life getting my ring custom made. Dawn and the Kay Jewelers Sales Crew exhibit EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT. They all truly care about what makes you happy. 9/15/23 I purchased and gold chain from Kacy and she was very easy for a novice like myself. She was patient and answered all questions.
After returning home and wearing it I felt I needed a longer chain.
Returning and feeling foolish, I was made to feel comfortable and was able get what I now feel is an awesome purchase! The lady who handled my return on 9/16/23 and then also showed new chains, was patient and kind! Thank you Kay Jewelers!
