Super nice environment! Waitress and staff were very helpful with explaining the menu! Menu has a variety of choices for a sandwich deli! Mac and cheese was delicious! Lemonade with black cherry flavor was amazing! Portion size is great for what you are paying!

Love to come here on the weekends, the food is always really good, and the service is admirable as well.

Tenika has worked the drive thru the past few times I've visited and she's wonderful. She's friendly, polite, and makes the overall experience wonderful. I'd highly recommend visiting this store because the food is always delicious and when you have someone like Tenika taking your order, it allows this restaurant to stand out. In a world where it's almost rare to have a friendly face in a drive thru, it's a blessing to visit this store where you're always greeted with a smiling face.

Delicious servings with many lower calorie options available. Their sweet tea is tops!! The deli is clean and employees are friendly.

My wife and I stopped at McAlister's and were extremely pleased with both the food and service during lunch. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we received our food with the establishment being at capacity. The large selections of sandwiches and salads are impressive!

Excellent experience. No more Subway or Jimmy John's for me..I went here for the first time yesterday. I've been missing out. I feel like I've been living underneath a rock 😆...
Food is amazing. The cucumber salad is fantastic. They actually put meat on their hardy sandwiches. The chicken soup was also fantastic. The service was great.
Prices are fair especially in with the huge tax and food (megs inflation) ...

I never before. I never even heard of this place before. So I tried for the first time and the sandwiches were surprisingly good. All the workers there are very nice too. If you're looking for a good sandwich/salad restaurant, here it is.

I had the club sandwich. It was very good. The staff served quickly after ordering. Looks like they may have been training a new order taker so that was kind of slow, however I was happy to see someone actually stepping up for a job!

Absolutely amazing customer service. From the counter til I was out the door, they were great. I asked how sweet their sweet tea was, she made sure to get me a sample so I could see for myself before purchasing it. It is the best sweet tea around, I might add. But I got my order and was missing a spoon. I didn't get halfway from my seat to the counter and I was then asked if I needed anything. I told her a spoon and she brought it quickly and made sure to apologize that it wasn't with my order. She noticed my son was done with his food and saw him smiling so she brought him over some animal crackers (for free). She then noticed our plates were empty and grabbed them. Then shortly after saw our drinks were half full and came over and asked if we wanted a refill. Before this they had checked to make sure the food was good and exactly as we ordered. I can't stress enough that this visit gave me some of the best customer service I've had in my entire life!!! I'd recommend them to anyone. The food is fantastic and the customer service is just as good.

I have passed by here before but never stopped to eat oh, I had a friend who recommended it so we went there. I had the McAlister Club and the tortilla soup I would give it a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. The only thing I can say is there were no tortilla strips for the top of my soup. But the sandwich was extremely delicious especially with that honey mustard they put on it it was awesome and I plan to go there regularly.

Immaculately clean and crisply air conditioned. I have never seen staff care about quality the way they do at McCalisters Deli! The food is even neatly arranged and so delicious. Its my number one favorite stop and if i have my way ill be there at least once every day!

I came through the drive through in my lunch hr and ordered so food. The wait was a bit much but the food was well worth the wait as always. However they forgot my salad dressing so I came back after work and the Manager Jenny and her staff prepared me a fresh salad and also gave me a drink as well to smooth things out. I understand how the lunch rush can be so I appreciate them for giving another salad with no problem. Thanks guys 🥰

Visited for lunch today. Extremely busy. This was the first visit for my son, who couldn't decide on a sandwich. The person at the front counter, I believe his name was Cory, asked him some questions and then recommended a sandwich. He explained the wait was going to be 30 minutes, gave us free drinks and a cookie cookie. It was less than 30 minutes and the food was delicious. My son now has a favorite sandwich and can't wait to go back. The staff is very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Always a favorite lunch stop. The strawberry lemonade and tea is amazing. The choose 2 combo always leaves me full. The memphian is one of my favorite sandwiches and the Savannah chopped salad is soo good! My husband is a huge fan of the chicken tortilla soup and spud max.

First time at McAlister's Deli and was wonderfully surprised!!! Great service from every employee we encountered and the food was delicious. Price was right for the amount we got and quality was excellent. And the sweet tea......yummy!!! I added black cherry to mine and my daughter added strawberry. Definitely looking forward to the next time we dine there.
