Let me start out by saying the staff here is absolutely amazing, hands down my favorite part of the experience. The minute you walk in your hit with smell of fresh baked goods which pairs nicely with the shops additional olfactory notes of metal, air tool oil, and B1/2 sealant. They have a large variety of lunch items, my personal favorite is the Spicey Ramen, easily the best Ramen I’ve ever had in the Greater Saint Louis metropolitan area, noodles are prepared to perfection, and the broth is dripping with umami ! 😋😋They also offer a large number of artisanal baked goods I typically get the gaufrette au beurre de cacahuète which consist of vanilla wafers coated in a generous helping of organic nut spread and dipped in hand crafted chocolate. It’s a great place to go following a PT test regardless if you passed. 10 out of 10 love this place.
