Harbor Freight Tools

First thing to know about harbor freight. Understand what kind of store it is. They have some very awesome products, and some that aren't the greatest quality. But the bottom line is... its the cheapest of any tool store. If you buy the proper stuff, they are great tools. For example, I have a massive tool box from them. High quality, ball bearing drawers, good locks. And I got the entire thing for 1/4 the price of the "brand name" stuff. And I assure you the quality is the same or very very close. Do some research on what your buying. And harbor freight is a great store.

Great service! I have gotten a few things from here and let's say for example; a power inverter went out quit working so I took it back they exchanged it no problem. I haven't had any luck with the inverters there and have had to take it back 4 times now with the receipt. I have not had a problem with the exchanges at all. They all have been with in 2 months of the purchase. Great service and great people.

Always helpful and knowledgeable. When I have questions the employees are eager to assist and are very pleasant. Merchandise usually in stock. One of the best stores I've been to.

I've been to a lot of Harbor Freights in my day and although there may be some that are newer and cleaner this one is always spotless and the staff is always always super helpful!

I enjoyed shopping there. Got the tools that I Needed & a couple of things that I "Wanted".
The staff has always been friendly and helpful and don't bother me when I'm "Just Looking".
(Don't like to be asked a dozen times if I need help when I'm just looking)😉

Store is really nice after the remodel. Great deals on tools as always. Helpful staff. Great place for both carpentry and automotive tools. Even a section for taking care if your lawn.

Quick friendly service.

I wouldn't get everything here but they have some cool stuff for super cheap compared to elsewhere. Granted it's all foreign made, some of it is good. I got the credit card now so I'll be back. 😁

Love it. It takes at least an hour to even if you just need one thing! Not due to service, but because there is so much good and fun stuff to look at!

Good tools at attractive prices.

Harbor freight is always a great place to shop. You never know what you will find. Prices are terrific for that tool you only need once. I never wanted to buy a high end grinder but needed a small one for some tile work....$15 later and I'm back to work!

I love Harbor freight.....except when I dont any money in my pockets..ha..but seriously, the selection and staff are fantastic...Very helpful and knowledeable about the tools they are selling if not they will find out

They did a great job. Everything was clean and organized. Bathrooms were clean. The help was happy, quick, multi tasking, and upselling everyone. I would be a proud manager. The only bad part of the trip was no free wifi. Parking lot could be repainted. It was a great shopping experience.

Great tools at low prices. Monthly coupon books are very helpful for professionals. I got 2 years' supply of trade school equipment for 1/3 the price of that stuff at nearby hardware stores.

Usually have what I need and sometimes what I don't need. Great customer service from all the workers. Clean in and out shopping or you could live in a bit. I'll go here over any garden, tool shop in the city.

Harbor freight was a new one for me.. Being from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina i never really shopped at one but i have to say the prices and quality of the products is just perfect for someone on a budget. Id say if you haven't checked out there products your missing out because they have a pretty wide variety and being a mechanic it definitely beats Mac and Snap-On!!!!!! From gardening to gear head go check them out!!!!! Im sure glad i did!
