Just passed Sunday, my Central A/C Unit stopped functioning. The Weather had been Unusually Hot and Dry, with Humidity in the 20% range for several weeks.

While this kind of weather is Wonderful to Experience in the Late Evening through the Morning Hours, it is Deadly to Air Conditioning Systems as without the Moisture in the Air, Conventional A/C Units must work nearly Non-stop to Convey Heat from the Inside of a Structure to the Outside. Without Adequate Humidity, there's nothing to Conduct the Heat Away from the Outside Portion of the A/C, and as a Result Various Components of a System might Fail.

I was Fortunate in my Situation, and I have no Doubts whatsoever that Royce Plumbing, Heating and A/C have helped Preserve the Integrity of my Unit and in the Long Run have Saved me from Unnecessary Expense.

And although I had to wait a few days before they could come and Restore my Unit to Operation, I understand, because I am Aware that Sometimes the Needs of Others must take Priority over my own.

Iv had to call them multiple times for different things. The guy that comes and fixes stuff is very nice. They even cleaned my basement up a bit after they uncloged my drain.

I had tryed for 3 days to git someone to my house to clean out a sewer line and they all said that they was full until the first or didn't come to newton.i called them and they were here the next day and I was just so happy and thankful to them
