The Place 2 Be

I made reservations online to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We had a great time. The food was delicious. Everyone ordered breakfast food. There were no complaints with the food or delivery of it. The pictures provided is what I ordered; peppermint mocha with drip and caramel apple pancakes. Others ordered the southern Benny, eggs any style with different sides. Our server was very friendly and polite, kept up with our drinks and checking in with us.

The only thing that I didn’t like (but I didnt let it rain on my day)…. 2 people in my party decided not to show up (completely out of my control) and the hostess was visibly bothered by it. I’ve worked in costumer service before. I understand being bothered when this happens especially since we’re reserving seats in a busy restaurant. Learn how to keep your emotions in check and keep that to yourself. Besides that, the rest of the time was a great experience.

We had a Margarita Omelet and the Nutella Coconut pancakes and we were blown. Definitely a great place to brunch.
Service was great, food was amazing. This place is no doubt 5-stars in my book.

This is an awesome spot. The food is outstanding and the cocktails are creative and yummy. Such a vibe, make sure that you bring your camera because there are photo opportunities EVERYWHERE. The staff could not be nicer and this certainly sets the tone for your meal.
We went for an evening with friends to explore their new fall menu, as well as some of the non-seasonal staples. Everything was amazing. I am deffff excited to visit again and explore even more of the menu. Stay tuned because I’m confident I’ll be updating this review with more pictures and comments.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Definitely a place you want to go for girls day out or for any type of celebration. Emma was an amazing hostess/waitress. She constantly checked in to make sure we enjoyed our experience!!!

An absolute phenomenal experience! My husband and I came here after training at a local gym with friends. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and welcoming! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had a wonderful visit and were well taken care of. The food was out of this world when it came to presentation and portion size. I promise you will not leave hungry. The French toast are the thickest slices of French bread that I’ve ever seen. The pancakes were as big as my head! The staff even found out that my fiancé and I were getting married at the end of the month and gave us a celebratory mimosa! I would highly recommend this establishment to any and all brunch lovers as well as those who love trendy restaurants with tasty instagram worthy food!

We friends and I came here for brunch with no reservation. The team was able to get us a table but we highly recommend getting on a waitlist as this place is cute and it will likely be busy. The staff, food and atmosphere were great. The menu was diverse and had seasonal options perfect for the Fall.

The food here is amazing the portions are so big don’t be afraid to share entrees!! The service was ok our main waiter was not very attentive but his co workers did a good job at picking up where he left off. The vibes are great music is a little loud but overall I would highly recommend 8/10 !!

Lovely brunch spot. Went with a friend and we both got waffles, which were delicious. I LOVE the cute and trendy decorations. Also, the drinks are really cool looking and taste so good.

The Place 2 Be in Blue Back Square, West Hartford CT is a wonderful place to eat & meet up with friends. The Food is Excellent, portions are larger which makes the higher prices definitely acceptable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is pleasant and low-key. I had a Veggie Omelet with Home Fries, and both were Wonderful (especially the potatoes)!

We were privileged to be seated at the bar on an early Saturday afternoon & Jordan was incredible and attentive. Drinks were amazing & beautiful. Food was fantastic. Vibes were on point.

This was such an enjoyable dining experience and the speed that our food came out was unreal! Alexa was especially amazing because she helped us take the BEST pictures of us and our crazy kids! This left such an impression on our friends from New York who now want to come all the way back! Thank you so much! 😊

We were first greeted by Alex the hostess. She was absolutely lovely! She told us it would be a 20-minute wait; we said ok and decided to take a walk. In 15 minutes Alex texted us. We arrived back on time and was seated immediately. Kareem was our waiter, and we couldn't be happier! He was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful about the menu. He was attentive but not intrusive. We had a wonderful brunch. My only issue with TP2B was the music was a bit too loud for my friend and me. We found ourselves yelling to each other rather than conversing.

Nice burger 🍔😋 was huge and delicious. Excellent customer service 👍 and friendly staff. Great location down town west Hartford. Parking 🅿 can be difficult busy location

Noah was an awesome server! We came in from out of state and love brunch spots! Pancakes were so fluffy, french toast was great! Some of the friendliest people ever! We even mentioned that we were getting married and gave us both free mimosas and said "celebrate your lives together!" Great atmosphere, great food, and even better people!

Ok this place was a perfect spot to continue my birthday celebrations. The food was amazing. Atmosphere on point. Music on point. And the mimosas delicious. Our waitress Jenny was on point explained everything to us and made sure we were well taken care of!

Very funky place but in a good way.Food and service Are very good and very reasonable with huge quantity. You won't leave here hungry. Drinks are amazing!

My friend and I went for dinner, food was so pretty I almost didn’t wanna eat it!! Was delicious and our server Victoria was so friendly and helpful, gotta say the egg chair was a fun touch. Would go again 100%

Beautiful ambience! The place is really cool & you basically pay for the experience & the decor. The food is good. The drinks are good. I felt it was a little watered down. But still worth going there just to see their cool decor. The concept of ordering food without being dependent on waiters, is great! For about 3 people, we spent around $100 for 2 main courses(Greek salad + Cali burger), 2 drinks(drink my bath water & cotton candy drink) and a side of fries.

My wife and I recently visited this place for breakfast and we had a great time. It was our first experience, so it took us a minute to navigate the menu due to their QR Code self-ordering system. But once our order was processed, our food came out in literally no time. Chef Allen (I hope I wrote it right lol) did an amazing job. The food was very tasty, and by the way, when it comes to cooking, I am usually very hard to impress, however this one left me speechless.
I can’t wait to go back and I look forward to trying their lunch/dinner menu
