Courtyard by Marriott Huntsville University Drive

My son had just got some shoes that he absolutely loved but unfortunately forgot them in the room. Justin helped by sending them back to us in the mail. Very quick to take care of our concerns. We will absolutely be staying there again

I’ve stayed at this location several times while traveling for work. The service is excellent. It’s clean and quiet. The Asst. General Manager Deondre, delivers top notch customer service and hospitality. Upon check in I was given a bottle of water personalized a branded printed label with my Last name and “Titanium”, indicating my Marriott Rewards membership status. A small gesture with a big impact. Well done, Deondre and team!

Very nice and clean hotel. My room had a mini fridge and microwave. As a flight attendant/ aviation crew member, it is definitely appreciated. Only wish I could have been able to open the balcony door. It was such a beautiful day n getting to jus breathe in that fresh air would have been nice.

My room was super clean and the hotel staff were great! I love the location and the hotel manager Justin M. was very professional, kind, and accommodating. I will be staying here again!

I would give more stars if I could. My wife and I stayed here last night for the Koe concert. Seeing some of the reviews had us skeptical but I can truly say we enjoyed our stay beyond any other hotel. We didn’t see a single bug or any signs of them. The bed was comfortable and all amenities were clean. We had excellent customer service. The pool was open and clean. The bar was stocked. We didn’t bring our kids but the lobby even has a movie area for the kids. We definitely plan to stay here when in the area again!

Even though the reviews were bad, I had a great experience. The room was clean, beds comfortable, lobby was in beautiful condition, and the staff awesome. Only real complaint was there was no microwave in room had to throw out food and tv kept freezing while watching movies. The outside need curve appeal because it sets behind other buildings so it need to stand out more. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Great hotel. I wish it had free breakfast and an indoor pool but still a nice stay. Balconies are great.

Clean room, comfy bed, and the eucalyptus shampoo and body wash provided by the hotel made for a great night's rest after a long day of travel. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great location for Orion shows. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - Marcus at front desk and Monique and Stu who drive the shuttle are especially gracious and fun. Rooms are ok, being renovated soon.

Super clean rooms. Our room had a walk out patio that was very nice. Staff super friendly. Only complaint is no breakfast unless you wanna pay $10+ for some french toast.

The courtyard by Marriott in Huntsville AL was amazing, I was traveling from FL with my family 4 adults 1 teen and two small kids and after spending over 12 hours driving we arrived only to find out that I had messed up my reservation dates, Ryan at the front desk was simply amazing, must have seen my panic and quickly fixed the issue with out making me jump through any hoops, he simply and calmly changed the reservation dates, the rooms were nice and comfortable. Thank you Ryan!!

Clean room, had all amenities listed online. Hotel staff were courteous and professional.

Came for the Phish show and our stay was great! From check in to late night towels or sheets. Ryan the evening front man was awesome! We will stay here again.

The Tennessee aquarium is a great place to go for both kids and adults. It is worth the money. It is very organized and you can’t get lost when looking around. There is also 2 rooms one for the Ocean and one for the River sea animals.

My wife and I would like to recognize the outstanding service provided by Kayla Necklaus during our stay this past weekend (Dec 3-5). I had booked our room through a third-party (Booking,com), but when I arrived, there were no rooms left because I had been overbooked by Booking.com. Kayla went above and beyond to seek every possible remedy to our dilemma, and was finally able to get us into a room. Her outstanding service reflects great credit upon Marriott, and you all should be very proud to have her as a loyal employee. Due to her wonderful care of us, we will seek always to try and stay at a Marriott when we are traveling.

This hotel was a delight. I felt welcomed and cared about. Every member of staff from a repair man to the check in personnel were friendly and kind to me. I felt right at home. Excellent value and comfortable clean room. I found Matt to be welcoming, friendly and helpful during and after check-in; and Candice and Liz, who served in the Bistro, were fun and helpful staff who seemed to enjoy their work. It was a refreshing change after a disappointing stay in a much more expensive hotel. I also enjoyed the comfortable outdoor courtyard. Will return.

Hot hot water, comfy beds and quiet rooms. Customer service was nice and informative. Good selection from the market and the Starbucks was downstairs. Room was large and had dual ac system so the bedroom could be cooler than the living room. AGAIN THE WATER WAS HOT FOREVER.

This hotel seems to have just been upgraded. The staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are clean and fresh and the housekeeping folks are top notch. I knew this sounds staged but this is an honest review. This is the best hotel I've ever been to for this price point. I've stayed in many hotels across this county and this is easily the best courtyard and under 150 per night I've stayed in. The room has anice balcony if the weather is fair. Unfortunately it seems I brought some snow from Michigan. Location is great in proximity to some of the major roads I've needed but being from Michigan I cannot name the roads. The only downside is its view from the road is a bit obscured by a craft shop. Otherwise top notch very favorable.
