We came to Huntsville for a visit and this was one of the places we stopped by to entertain the kids. So glad we did! They loved it. Tickets were very reasonable as well, kids 2 and under are free. Lots of activities for everyone, even adults. They also had story times in the gift shop. Stroller friendly, and lots of seating areas. Bathrooms were clean and employees were friendly. Would take them back if we’re in the area again!

Our family enjoyed the EarlyWorks Children's Museum so much that we signed up for a year membership after our first visit! I love the atmosphere of this museum that gives children the freedom to explore in so many ways, activating their mind, senses, and emotions, while also relieving some of that pent up energy! No need to be "museum quiet" as children are encouraged to ask questions and talk with one another while enjoying each section and exhibit. The museum is the perfect size, small enough not to get lost but big enough to not get bored with all there is to offer. There are static exhibits and ones that change over the year. There are eating areas, bathrooms with changing areas, areas to sit and relax, and lots of walking pathways. There is something for everyone, from crawling babies to school aged children. Even the adults feel the freedom to be a "kid again" as they help their children build, experiment, and create. I highly recommend checking this museum out, rain or shine, you will enjoy it!

I visited EarlyWorks today for the first time. I was there with my two young niece's. It's a wonderful museum, full of Alabama history and fun activities for children of all ages to do. They have a story time and a lab time for the children to participate in as well. I'm not sure if it's a daily thing, but even if it's not it's totally worth going. It's also a place you'd want to visit more than once.

Lots of hands on activities for the children. Staff was great. Lots of fun. I would monitor field trips during school days. Lots of schools go there and it can be pretty packed with kids.

Where do I start? The ladies in the science lab were amazing. We missed that day's demonstration, but they still took the time to engage and connect with my children to teach them something. My 6 year old was interested in the plasma ball, and they went over how all of that works in a way my child could understand. The gift shop workers were also all very kind and helpful.

I have taken children aged 7, 6, 3, and 2, and each child had a blast.

We went for the first time and had so much fun! This weekend was Harry Potter exhibit and they put so much detail into everything! Everywhere we turned was something new and different. My 5yo had a absolute blast exploring and learning new things. It was exciting too as a adult to see all the different stations and have a opportunity to play and learn along with my children.
This place is now apart of our summer plans and will be returning many times! Thanks so much for all yall do.

Wow, a really great visit here with the family. Every part of this museum is engaging and there are so many neat things for kids to touch and learn about. We really enjoyed the visit, thought the cost was quite reasonable, and could recommend to others!

My 6 yr old absolutely loves to come here. So much so that we got a year long membership! There are activities for kids of all ages under 10 or so. From playing checkers outside of the General Store, to looking at displays, to playing with giant Legos, the EarlyWorks children's museum is amazing.

Absolutely lovely! The science lab is my favorite part. I grew up going here and got to return with my younger family and it’s amazing how many things have changed while also keeping the charm. Will definitely visit again.

Awesome!!!!! First want to note that I saw manyyyy workers cleaning and sanitizing after children were *just playing* with those toys. I was impressed w the cleanliness and overall, this place can keep your kid entertained for hours. Everything is made with kids and learning in mind. If you haven’t taken your kids, don’t walk, run!

Had my daughters 6th Birthday party here and it was the absolute best. They have people there to help. The walls of the party room is painted beautifully, its painted in a woodland theme with a cute wood thrown for the birthday kid to sit on. The party room is big and spacious. The museum time was fun. All the kids had a great time and the staff is excellent.

EarlyWorks is an amazing museum for kids. The attractions are interactive and really inspire the children to use their imaginations while not realizing that they are also learning. The museum hosts different events that our children love to participate in.

There entry cost are reasonable, but if you may visit more than once a year, the membership options the way to go! As an added perk, the membership gives you a discount in the gift shop and discounted (or free) entry to other children’s museums across the US who participate in a reciprocal program. They will give you a list of participating museums in each state if you ask.

I do wish that they would change up some of the attractions from time to time, but I know that is costly and considering the minimal fees, it is likely not realistic. Overall 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for something to do with your kiddos!!
