We appreciate the changes to this bank finally! The new Manager has made a huge difference and has created a positive atmosphere to the bank. The changes have improved the staff’s attitude and knowledge. We are so appreciative that something was finally done. The customer service is what it should be and the tellers know how to do their job. We hope that this crew stays! Thank you to the staff there, we appreciate you all!!!!

I opened a second chance checking account yesterday. I went in feeling shameful and left feeling like I had truly accomplished another milestone to get my life back. Taneisha treated me like family and offered many suggestions on how to keep moving forward with my finances. I only wish I would have done this sooner!
