Front desk administrator is very friendly and easygoing. She made the process simple and friendly. Took me over to the unit to inspect and upon opening I noticed how extremely clean everything is I couldn't even find a spider webs or dirt and dust in the corners.

We have rented from Safe Mini Storage before and we needed them again! They are still so friendly and make it very easy to get the storage unit for you quickly. We have one of the bigger units and smaller units ! it’s very easy accessed and we love the security they provide to keep things safe.

Moving, It never gets less stressful. Packing, sorting through your belongings, physically moving, cleaning and all the unexpected expenses is just overwhelming. Kimberly Lahman at Safe mini Storage alleviated so much of the anxiety around this latest move. This business is so clean and well organized. It was a one stop shop. They have everything I needed.
I am deaf, Kimberly spoke slowly and was very articulate in order to help me through the process.

Awesome and well kept storage facility. Friendly and helpful staff. We have used this facility multiple times.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The interior and exterior of the store are clean and look good! If you need to rent a U-Haul I would highly suggest going here. One good thing about renting U-Haul from this company is they are closed on Sunday so if you rent one on Saturday you don't have to turn it in until 9:00 a.m. Monday morning. They have plenty of units and just added more. They have unit sizes from 5x 10 all the way up to 10x30. They also offer RV and truck parking. They sell all types of moving supplies and boxes.

The ladies at the Brownsboro location were super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this location for storage needs!

Easy rental setup….took 7 minutes to complete, probably could’ve been faster if I knew exactly what I wanted and I had my wallet with me.

I recently stored some things here for a few months. Donna and Craig were so nice during every interaction. The second time I came in, I was greeted and they remembered my name. This is by far the cleanest storage unit I have ever used. I never saw a bug while I was there. This was the easiest part of my move, and if I ever need to store anything again, I will definitely choose this storage unit. I was very impressed!

The service at the Safe Mini Storage in Hampton Cove was excellent. I was able to reserve a unit online on a Sunday and go in later in the week to finalize the transaction. When I walked in and said my name, the manager had my paperwork ready to go. He then escorted me to my new unit, checked it out to make sure everything was in proper order, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this self storage facility.

I have two storage units with safe mini storage. They are fast, easy to deal with and accommodate my needs remotely. If you can get a space this is where you want it. Clean, no dampness and very accessible.

Crystal was very nice and accommodating. The facility is nice, clean and very secure. We will definitely be renting several more in the following months. So glad we found this place and with a 24 hour gated entrance this place deserves 10 stars!!!
