Horrible experience. Waited 30-40 minutes in a line of 5 people because there was only one teller and a new procedure for approval of transactions. Another ibc employee showed up, signed in on the computer in the back office and proceeded to text on her phone for the next ten minutes. She caught me staring at her on her phone and started shuffling paper around on the corner of her desk where she could face away from me and cover what she was doing with her back. Next thing she does is grab her phone and continue texting. Do not go to this IBC

Fui a que me dieran una tarjeta nueva, me atendió una muchacha que se llama Lisandra. Súper mal trato le pedí que me hablara en español ya que no entiendo mucho el inglés. Y me volteo la cara y luego me empezo a hablar en español y se porto súper grosera solo porque le pedí que me hablara en español. Nose porque la gente se hace como que no saben si me lo hablo perfectamente. Me cambiare de banco porque siempre el trato es súper pésimo.
