He was able to provide me with the best possible scenario. Steve Ybarra Was my salesman, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding me the perfect truck That would help tend to my needs. He was always readily available to communicate with me when I had questions and when there Updates. The turnaround time from them locating the truck and bringing it to the dealership was outstanding. We recently purchased a 2024 Limited Expedition from Vernon Auto Group’s salesman, Derek W. He did a superb job of serving us. The sale price was considerably lower than the MSRP sticker price. Derek answered all of our questions and sent us loan quotes via e-mails and texts in a timely manner. When we picked up the Expedition he helped us get it programmed with blue tooth, etc. Derek went above and beyond to help us. Kay helped us with all the financing of 3.9% for 48 months. She explained and answered all of our questions. Vernon Ford manager, Chris, followed up with us to make sure everything went well. I don't think I've ever had a car buying experience go as smoothly as it was with Vernon Auto Group. At first it felt strange doing most of it over the phone but Steve was great! No pressure, kept me informed of the car's status, quickly answered my questions.. can't say enough good thing's. Heck, they even delivered it to me to test drive....how cool is that!

Bought a new 250 over the phone on Friday and they met me in Fort Worth on Saturday. Straight forward and simple. I buy a couple vehicles a year for my business and usually dread the shopping experience so decided to give Vernon a try. Adam was great to work with and the managers that I also talked to were pleasant to deal with. Not your typically sleazy sales manager, no pressure. I called 3 other dealers and Vernon was the only one below sticker so I felt like it was a fair deal. I’m already thinking about the next vehicle I need. Just wish they handled commercial.

Great place to purchase from. I believe this is our 3rd or 4th from vehicle from them.
We've got several dealers nearby, but got tired of spending a day in the dealership haggling. Buying from Vernon & having it delivered is so much easier.
