One of our company pickups broke down near Vernon, pulling a trailer back to Oregon. I opted to have Sammy's rebuild the engine rather than install an aftermarket remanufactured unit.This was a leap of faith I took based only on my driver's feeling about the shop and my phone conversation with the owner. The truck and trailer are back in Oregon and I'm happy knowing my engine was properly rebuilt.These guys are real mechanics.

We had an emergency situation, we were driving from Nevada and out of nowhere a metal piece (later found out it was our skid plate) came off of our car and got stuck underneath, we were able to get it out, but we’re afraid it may have caused damage (especially since we have no knowledge of cars).
Vernon was the next closest town so we chose Sammy’s. Even though they were about to close, they still took time out of their day to check our car and make sure nothing got damaged underneath/nothing was leaking. After finding no damage, they sent us on our way with well wishes and made the service complimentary.

Awesome staff and great prices. They were able to get my truck in on short notice and help me diagnose its exhaust smoke issue.

Traveling back to Colorado with a horse trailer and my truck over heated outside of town. I called Sammy’s and told them I’d be limping it in before closing. They were so helpful and even stayed past closing to make sure I could get back on the road with a new radiator, fan clutch, and thermostat. If I ever get stuck in the area again they’ll be my first call. Great guys and very knowledgeable mechanics. Thank you again guys!!

I've never used this business but I just wanted to say thanks for helping my little sister who was passing through to go to Colorado when her car started acting up. We know that you were very busy and fully booked but you took time to help her and found out it was just something simple that needed plugged back in. We had emergency car trouble in Vernon and Sammy’s had the best reviews. Sammy did the work a day sooner and at half the price the dealership wanted. Very happy with the work, both the quality and the timing. He worked with us to make our time in Vernon much less stressful. He even dropped the car back to us at our hotel so we didn’t have to walk in the August heat. Thank you so much Sammy!

I was traveling past Vernon on Fourth of July and my wheel completely popped out of place. I was lucky enough to come in contact with the owner and he opened up his repair shop on a holiday for me. He was very professional and his actions were genuine. His team educated me on what went wrong with the vehicle, as well as, the preventive measures I need to take in the future, in order for such circumstances to not reoccur. They’re exceedingly knowledgeable in what they do. Thus, I highly recommend this repair shop. I’m tremendously grateful for what they do. Thanks to them I was able to make it back to North Texas on time, but most importantly safely. They provide nothing but quality of work and great customer service. Thank you guys! Just got me in and out in a minimum of 2 days they worked on my car quickly and I haven't had any problems with my car since as far as the transmission leaking
