The woman in the office was beyond friendly and helpful. I drove up from the Dallas area and got to the courthouse two hours early for my appointment. I stuck my head into the small office and seeing no one was there waiting so I asked if could I come in now. She said, "Of course, come on in." She quickly and very friendly helped me get my license renewed. I saw her interacting with two other people that came in after me and she was just as nice to them too. Just the whole experience there made the three hour drive there well worth it.

The woman at the front desk was amazing! She told me don’t eat nervous for my test and that I’ll be alright. Turns out I was alright! Very easy and simple test. The lady who did my test was very sweet. Highly recommend to anyone who’s taking their drivers test.

Best DPS ever. Took my nephew to get his driving test done and this is they best place ever. Very nice and polite worker. She made you feel relaxed and you didnt feel like pulling your hair out. She did her job and did it quickly. I've been to Bowie and Wichita but vernon's beats them both!!

Hands down the best service you can get for your nervous teen about to take their road test! The lady is amazing at what she does and so patient. She doesn’t get flustered or run you through like cattle whereas the Wichita Falls DPS does. Make the drive!

The one and only employee could have used more help. She had to go give a driving test while several people waited to take care of renewals. She was very nice and did the best she could under the circumstances. Also, the link to Google map directions was totally wrong!! It sent us to the edge of town instead of the Courthouse downtown. This needs to be corrected.

We set up 2 appointment. When got there we figured out, that there was only on appointment made. She took us in anyway since we where driving 48 miles to get there. She did a good job. Thx
