Had my 2014 Tundra fixed at Lone Star Collision after hitting a deer head on. Every effort was made to bring it back to original if not better condition. Only original parts from Toyota were used bringing my truck back to Toyota standards. The color match for the the paint was spot on, you would be hard pressed to find where the repair were made. Most importantly, they assisted with helping me navigate the murky waters that is dealing with the insurance company and rental car agency. Both management and the front office were timely in answering any concerns that I had and have even conducted follow-ups to make sure that I am satisfied with all the repairs done. I felt informed about the entire process of repairs as I was getting updates on a regular basis making a stressful situation less stressful. Their customer service is of the highest quality. I read some of the reviews on here and it's just people from other shops hating. If your insurance is on point everything goes smoothly. Sometimes I thought the process was slow but it wasn't the shop, it was my insurance.

My vehicle was involved in a minor accident, mainly scratches on my rear bumper(2019 CX-5) the insurance company send me to Lone Star Auto Garage. The garage is not glamorous and when I read some of the reviews and I got a little worried but when I spoke to the manager I felt relieved by his knowledge and confidence. Job was completed and I have to say, they did an outstanding job.
