Kwik Kar @ Vernon

Stopped today on our way from Dallas to Amarillo with a fear of a leak and smoke coming out the side. Both guys working could not have been more helpful and kind. Diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road quickly. Excellent, honest service!

Quality service, and rather quick for a small town. The oil change rates are a bit higher than in the city, but nothing crazy.

The best, most efficient, honest, kind car shop we have ever been to. I can not recommend this place enough. Our car broke down passing through Vernon, and these guys saved us! They opened early, went to 3 different stores to find the correct part, gave us food recommendations and things to do with our kids as we waited, were very knowledgeable on the problem, and were fast! We are so so thankful to have found them. Thank you Kwik Kar!

I have had my Land Rover’s oil changed regularly at this Kwik Kar location for two years. The staff is consistently professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are all wonderful to accommodate the particular maintenance needs of a Land Rover.

Went to do my first oil change in my used car, myself. Whoever did it last, really tightened and rounded the oil drain plug to where I couldn't remove it. Went to Kwik Kar, and they were able to get it out, change the oil I had brought, and replaced the drain plug.

We were heading out of state and need to change the oil. I read reviews and picked this place. They were very fast and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I’d gotten an oil change at another place and the people there did not tighten a bolt so oil was leaking out. I drove in at Kwik Kar and they offered to take a look at it and top it off if needed. Nice guys!

The team here really helped our family out of a bind. We were on a long road trip when our A/C went on the fritz. First, they gave us free advice over the phone before we even arrived. Second, they fit us into their already crammed schedule without any notice whatsoever. Third, they handled our A/C concern in a matter of 30 minutes and dispensed more wisdom and a recommendation for further diagnosis if necessary. Granted it wasn’t more than a recharge, but it was far better than the alternative of another 4 hours without cold air in the Texas heat.
We were just a frazzled family of out-of-towners, but the staff here treated us like family. Kwik Kar staff, if you’re reading this — thank you.

Every time I have brought my car in, the service has been fast and well done. I feel I am a valued customer and the employees are honest and hard-working.

Excellent Customer service for all the guys, They stay busy because they all do such a well rounded job and still get you taken care of fast with thorough job. Such a relief to come here after going to other shops.
