I love FPC of RH!! Booking appointments online is easy and they have plenty of availability whenever I have had to schedule. I never have to wait long in the lobby upon arrival. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. FWIW: I moved away from the Richland Hills area 4 years ago, but still drive almost an hour to take my sweet boy there whenever he needs to see the vet. 🐾❤

I brought in my cat for a wellness check. She was well taken care of. Everyone from the office staff to the doctors were helpful and courteous. It was a great visit as far as taking a cat anywhere!!!

Great vet! Brought in my sister pup. Great service and everyone is super informative. Packaged plans for all your pets needs. Will be relocating my fur baby to this location soon. ♥

my baby wa-wa was not feeling well, I took her here, they checked her out & told me she had a slipped disc in her back, they gave her a muscle relaxer shot & some meds, I put a warm compress & 2 weeks later went back for another shot, after almost a month she's almost back to her normal self, everyone at the clinic were so professional & helpful, they took really good care of my wa-wa, she also says thank you.

We saw Dr. Tran, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even gave us a printout of everything he said, which he keeps as notes - Which is awesome! The staff were all very friendly as well and very helpful at every step. We left knowing the status of every system in our dog’s body, which we are very thankful are all in good condition.

I loved the staff! They were soo helpful and took great care of my fur babies! Always so happy to greet you. Would recommend to anyone who needs a low cost vet!

Family Pet Clinic is the best Vet's office I've been to. They not only offer great service and wait times, but their Paw Plan Really helps with being able to take care of my dogs.

Just last year we had to say goodbye to our Dachshund, Oliver. It was hard, but they let us stay and say goodbye afterwards as long as we needed to. As long as I live here, they're my go-to Vet. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I love Family Pet Clinic of Richland Hills. Dr. Schiller makes me feel calm when making important decisions for the health and wellbeing of my beloved cats. Kristi is amazing as well. Very trustworthy group of professionals.

Dr Courtney is amazing!! And the whole Family Pet Clinic 'Family' is awesome!! My poor furbaby Ryder was having problems urinating, come to find out he had over 200 bladder stones (caused by to much calcium) and she quickly went into action and did surgery on him and helped him. The incision looked great and he quickly has healed and feels so much better! Thank you to all of you at Family Pet Clinic for caring about my baby almost as much as I do. Staff are knowledgable, friendly and helpful. They patiently listened to my observations, questions and concerns for my new cat. They diagnosed the issues causing her symptoms, and made a plan to resolve them. Thank you!

Update: Lena Swanson was excellent! She was helpful and informative. My dig had the best ever toenail trim and was great at helping find affordable flea/heartworm tablets. Wish she was their all the time!

I didn't like the fact the vet took our dog to the back where we couldn't see for the exam. It seemed like everything was about charges ($$) instead of care for our pet. We honestly don't know if we believe the diagnose or not. But the bill was overwhelming! I miss the way it was before “corporation” took over.

Best pet clinic around. Affordable plans for all my dogs so I can keep them all up to date without breaking the bank. Always there at my appointment time and there is no waiting around, we are in and out. Everyone is super friendly. If you’re looking for a new clinic, this is your place!

I really like every time I get to go there, they treat you very kindly, beautiful people! They make you feel comfortable and safe. Which is very important when you’re having an emergency haha!

The staff is super friendly and wonderful with my pet. After exams they explain everything very well and the vets take the time to listen and discuss my concerns, etc. They received four stars instead of five due to their fees being higher than other vets in the area. But over all I am completely satisfied with the care my dog receives and highly recommend the practice.

This is a wonderful clinic! My dog had a tooth falling out and they got us in quick. Very nice and cooperative! Their office was so cute decorated for Halloween. Treated us very kindly! Scheduled our surgery and am relieved.

We brought our dog in with a very grim and expensive diagnosis from an emergency vet. I brought her in the next day and the staff here was so caring and understanding and literally got her into surgery right away. They most definitely saved her life and gave us more years with her. We had to leave her overnight and I recieved multiple updates from the doctors so I wasn't worried at all. My kids and I owe them much appreciation for saving our pet and I can't recommend them enough to care for a member of your family.

Great care received and kind people. Definitely recommend. They helped my sweet blue heeler feel better.

Always a great experience. The staff is fantastic and the facility is clean and well cared for. My dog is tentative around new people but the vet and techs were very good at establishing rapport with him.

Very friendly. I liked their homey atmosphere and Ozzy had no problem being there.
