I went in with an AC issue on my truck thinking that it was going to be an expensive fix and they got me in quick and repaired the problem which cost much less than expected. Justin and Jake were great to deal with.

I rolled into town on limp mode while towing my 35-foot fifth wheel back home to see my family for the holidays and was stressed about not making it back in time with engine trouble. The dealer wanted me to leave my truck with them for 3+ days JUST so they could plug in a reader and run a diagnostic.

I’m SO glad I found Elliott’s not far from my campground. Chris and Jake got me in the next day and had me back on the road in just a few hours, and the price was fair. They may specialize in Ford but they got my Duramax running better than ever by the time I left.

I recently used Elliott’s Auto Repair for a repair/installation on my truck. From my first interaction with them, I found their team to be professional and knowledgeable. They were quick to diagnose the problem and come up with the needed solution. On top of that, they were upfront and transparent in their pricing for the proposed work. Jake kept me informed of my vehicle’s status throughout, and communication was excellent overall. I have no doubt that Elliott’s will help keep my vehicles on the road and running in top shape for years.

I would recommend this place to anyone I meet. I have been here twice. They specialize in Ford trucks and I just happen to only own ford trucks but do other types of vehicles too. The first thing you need to know is that they don’t do appointments you just drop off in the morning at 8 am when they open and then if they can get parts same day you usually are out the same day. Both fixes I was out same day. I believe they charge a fair price compared to going to a ford dealer getting raked over the coals. Very friendly people and experts at what they do

Thank you to owners, Jake and his dad Chris for such a great experience at their shop. I went in with intentions to purchase an F150 from a private seller in the area, but had reservations . It was a 2010 truck we were purchasing for our daughter. After a thorough check of the vehicle , I decided to pass on the opportunity. In the end, it ended up that the odometer had been tampered with to show 200k miles less than it really was! It was a nice looking truck, well taken care of, but BEWARE of scammers out there! Run a CARFAX people! Get it inspected! I will surely be coming back for repairs if I have a car issue with our current vehicles, I feel like they are a trust-worthy business.

I have utilized Elliott’s on 2 vehicles this year and was pleased with both results; the staff was exceptional as well. Just this week directed a family member there on a separate vehicle(same outstanding results). Now, they will have 3 addl. new customers. My family has been bringing our vehicles to the shop for many years and we don’t even live in Willis. My parents live in Sugar land and I live in the Woodlands. Times got hard and we purchased a Cash car and it overheated and any other shop in the world would have tried to replace the radiator and do all kinds of repairs to rack up our bill. But these guys are honest and before they just started charging us, they took a closer look and found that the car is basically just a paperweight. If they would’ve been like every other shop, we would’ve gotten hit really hard twice in our wallet. And they have always been this way.

I am so happy we chose Elliott’s for my truck repair. After a minor collision in December, I was having fuel issues and it finally quit completely. I called this shop, they sent their preferred tow truck company (who was also wonderful) They got my truck fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I am so glad I gave them a call!

Replaced bad power steering line on time and as estimated and even managed to get me in 3 days early. So many bad stories out there. Lucky to have a great shop nearby!

Every time I turned in my truck it would make a really weird noise, I took it to a repair shop in Conroe and they told me it was my power steering and in my truck it is all electric so it would cost thousands to repair. I than took it to Elliot's Auto Repair and the technician was worried for me but said he would take a look. He called me later that day and told me the metal in front of my tire was bent in making my tire rub it when I turned. He just bent it back the right way. I am so thankful for their honest work and appreciate how fast they were in fixing it and calling me to come pick it up.

Customer Service is by far the best I’ve dealt with in the Auto mechanics business. They’re fast the vehicle I’ve taken has been done within 2 days. I had a terrible experience with another shop and Elliot’s literally took their time and 100% efforts and fixed what I needed and got it back on the road. They’re straight forward and get it done. 10/10!

I pulled in early morning to get a repair on my rear brakes. They had me in and out in under 2 hours. Super friendly folks. It cost me a third of what I was expecting. They simply made the repair without trying to upsale. The brakes actually work better than they ever have. They even have a super friendly puppy named Katie there to help calm your nerves and take your mind off of your malfunctioning vehicle. I can’t say enough about how good my experience was. Thanks for taking care of me.

I have taken both of my Suburban's here the past few years. Last thing I needed fixed was my transmission. They didn't do it but recommended a great place. I dropped by to asked a question and I didn't even need to bring my car around. Kerry knew exactly what was wrong and told me what I needed to do. Great trust worthy people in the whole shop.

I highly recommend Elliotts Auto Repair and will definitely be back to get my wife’s brakes’ done. Carrie made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way, very honest and fairly priced.

This business is topnotch! Brought my Ford in at 8AM for a replacement switch on my headlight. I was home before 9:30. Can't tell how wonderful is is to such professional and reasonable service. The office manager is a precious lady and everyone there seems to know their business about car repair. I will tell everyone I know how great these folks were.to me.

Elliott's Diesel Specialists in Willis, TX came highly recommended to me by a ton of friends and other mechanics. The whole experience was fantastic. F 250 7.3. Brought in for multiple repair needs. They were very accommodating in their scheduling, gave me a lot of useful information and explained in detail everything I didn't understand, did NOT overcharge, treated me and my vehicle fantastic, were very knowledgeable with all my questions, etc. As I was on a budget, they helped me prioritize the needs & safety items very accurately. ALL of the staff were extremely helpful and so very kind. I will be a loyal customer of Elliott's for life. Not only will I be loyal, I can give an experienced referral ever opportunity I can. I definitely recommend them highly. From phone to front desk and then service to drive out, a great experience. Don't take your diesel anywhere but Elliott's. ☆☆☆☆☆

We have used Elliott's for years. There is not another Diesel repair shop I would use or trust as I do with Elliott's. This week, they went above and beyond for me. I needed my truck to haul a tractor it was something that could not be delayed. The fuel hose on my truck broke and I had diesel flying out everywhere. I was able to drop my truck off that evening after hours. The parking lot was packed with vehicles (indicating to me that Elliott's is very well trusted shop). Anyhow the next morning I stopped in and spoke with Kerry telling her how I desperately I needed the truck for the weekend. I completely understood if it wasn't possible. Again, Kerry went above and beyond. My truck was repaired the same day! I cannot express how very appreciative I am. Elliott's is TOP NOTCH!
