Andy and Hai was the two guys who helped me out and I can’t say enough on how happy I was. They were completely transparent with all the questions I asked and was always on a 1 on 1 level. He listened to me and understood that I was there for one means and one means only. Which was to get a car and get straight to business. This dealership is completely professional and I truly appreciate their services. I hope other people have the same experience as me!

I went in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago and ran into Kevin Davis in the hallway looking for another salesman I’d met previously. I wasn’t looking to trade but was offered so I said why not. I had great conversation with him and decided to stick with him. Positive guy with great energy. I’ll say this, you will not find a better salesman than him. He is honest, straight to the point, and fast. He honors his word and will fight with these lenders to get you the best deal possible. Even when you think it’s impossible. Very nice gentleman with good intentions. I will never deal with another salesman other than Kevin as long as he’s there. My daughter will be using him soon. Great experience! My advisor was Maui and she was phenomenal. The whole process was smooth. I dropped my car off, then requested a shuttle to drop me off home until the oil change/tire rotation was done. Maui kept me in the loop with everything. She was informative, helpful, and made this whole process so much easier. Thank you, Maui! You’re the best!

We were looking to do a lease buyout today and started at Norm Reeves in North Richland Hills. After we were unable to do anything there, we came to Vandergriff Honda, and we are SO glad we did. Justin helped us and did an amazing job! He really took care of us and made sure we were satisfied with our deal. Daniel, our finance guy, was also amazing and helped us out, too. I’ve been to Vandergriff Honda twice now, once for service and once today, and this is by far the best Honda dealership I’ve been to. Awesome experience! Highly recommend coming to this place. I even came down from Dallas. The front desk provides a warm welcome. My dealer, really nice lady named Gabriela Angel, and her manager, Ben, are super friendly. They provided excellent and professional service, quickly matching the prices. The finance staff also did a great job. I was able to finish my contract and get my car in half a day.

This is probably one of the easiest and most welcome reviews I’ve ever had the privilege to write. The reason it’s so easy is because of Maui…no, no the island but someone as equally delightful.

I live in Austin. A couple of weeks ago I loaned my car, an Accord, to a dear friend and my car was in a fender bender on a Dallas Freeway. I called AAA and, not being familiar with the Dallas/ Fort Worth/Arlington area I tossed an imaginary dart at an imaginary dart board and luckily it landed on Vandergriff Honda In Arlington, Texas. AAA tow truck dropped it on the Vandergriff Honda’s lot. The very next morning I received a call from Maui. She was so wonderful and helpful and professional she immediately put me an ease in a stressful situation.

She renewed my faith in the art of Customer Service. Customer Service he way it should be and seldom is.

Should my present Honda damage no be repairable, (financially realistically) and it has to be written off as a total loss I shall strongly consider Vandergriff Honda in Arlington, even though I live in Austin and all because o the wonderful customer service from a woman I’ve never me.

This was my first time ever buying a car off of a lot. I couldn't ask for a better sales person. Edgar Gonzalez did an awesome job. Not pushy at all and went the extra mile to help. I highly recommend going to speak to him if you are looking for an vehicle.

I was referred by a friend of mine to the Salseman Jose, he was such a huge help! He was able to find me the car I loved and at a good rate! Any questions I had he was able to answer quick, I will definitely be returning for any future vehicles and I definitely recommend to all of your friends and family. Everyone there had such great manners and were always willing to help, they also checked up on me occasionally asking if I needed any snacks or beverages, overall this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership!

I have been coming here for several years. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident that took away my ‘23 Accord 7 months after I had bought it here. Ben, one of the managers, has been on top of staying informed with what has gone on with the insurance, David Mann was also calling and making sure everything was going okay with me before he needed to go on leave. Thanks to the supportive staff, Taima and Anthony Douglas who stepped in once David had to leave I am happy to say I now have a new car again!

Still struggling with the insurance, but Ben, Anthony and Taima worked hard to ensure I could get into a new car again, working with me over several weeks, immediately recognizing me the moment I stepped into Vandergriff. I was treated as part of the family, and they made sure we did everything possible to get me into my new car. I’m excited for Monday to come so I can pick it up and finally take a relaxing breath!

I will continue purchasing vehicles for as long as I’m able to thanks to the way I’m always treated when I come.

Firstly, my mind has been completely changed by this place! I was here about a month ago looking to get a new car and left disappointed due not such a great sales person. Then a month later another sales person, HUSSAIN AL HIMED called me and was very determined to get me into not only a car but a brand NEW one. He should set the standard for a sales person as he went above and beyond for me. If you want a new car definitely go see him!
