Motel 6 San Marcos, TX - North

I think this motel 6 is the best quality for the price. It is always clean, management is very accommodating and friendly. My room was clean and pest free. They are more than willing to give you a late checkout if you are running a little behind when checkout time arrives. If you are on a budget and need the best bang for your buck , this is the place you wanna be. Thanks Motel 6!

I have been here almost 2 weeks and have had a very pleasant experience. The entire staff has been very nice and extremely helpful. They have definitely made my life less stressful at this time. Thank you for everything. I will definitely stay here again.

As far as motel 6's go.... I highly recommend this one. It's funny that it's much better accommodations than the other motel 6 right down the street but is cheaper. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Seth. I always cringe if I get in a bind and end up having to stay at a Motel 6 but this one is great and I actually prefer it to some of the upscale ones in the area. Great price, clean and comfortable beds, cold AC, hot water. The rooms are a little dim for my taste but otherwise awesome deal.

I have stayed at this Motel 6 a number of times, just myself and my service dog, and each time I am always pleasantly surprised by how kind and enterprising every member of the team is. From the ladies at the front desk who make every check-in and check-out an absolute breeze, to the housekeepers who work more quickly and efficiently than one would think humanly possible. This is truly a winning team, and I hope everybody gets raises.

I am a newlywed mom and I love this motel! Ok location, great workers, truly 100% satisfied. My 67 mother-in-law lives in the next room and she loves it here too.
We’ve been staying here for about a month now!
First went to the other one up the rd. But having a young son that is not a good location. Please like if this helps. ☺🤗 if u have kids. You’ll love this one.
Unlike the other one. This one is clean, has a fridge, microwave, and best thing a pool. That’s opened already!!
*2 things I don’t like. And that is the lady that works front desk with pinkish purple colored hair. She’s been quite rude and sits out by these two black cars instead of do her job. And the parking lot is quite awkward.. Other than that this whole place is 1000% my go to to get away. Or stay for a bit while lease change arrives.

Krista and two of the workers are the friendliest and kind staff at this motel. They will help you with what you need and negotiate with you on payment for stays. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a motel with friendly and helpful service.

I recently stayed at motel 6 and I couldn't believe the improvements that has been made over the last couple of years. Everything was great.

Not bad for the price, was staying for a week for work and the front lady was the very understanding even after I messed up on my booking she gladly refunded any mistakes made on my part. Other than the loud and sketchy guests (which they have no control) it was a good economic stay.

Had a great stay ! The staff was very friendly and helpful ! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the price was outstanding very reasonable ! I will definitely return when im in town ! Give them a try and you will be happy you did

Some bad reviews recently because the cable company changed their system and it messed up the TV reception here. The motel had to change all the cables to work with the cable companies new system. Everything working great. Cheap place to live. I have been here 6 months with my two beautiful daughters, dog, and cat, friendly helpful staff. Always plenty of towels, TP. Great TV.

Amazing customer service from Krista! She’s the front desk lady and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my concerns and questions. If you stay here, request Krista, she won't disappoint you.

It was great! Pretty quiet, not much going on around. My ex-girlfriend and I stayed there for one night and we had no complaints. It's within walking distance of a gas station and about a 5 minute drive from the Texas State University campus. Would recommend, would return.

The room was clean with exception to the bedding I asked them for clean sheets which I received immediately & haphazardly threw on the bed.. new top blanket which I received immediately.. pillows were old torn & disgusting with stains inside not changed out pillowcases but replaced almost immediately with brand new pillows & new cases EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THAT ALONE 5 STAR.

I had originally booked a room at the other motel 6 here in San Marcos, HUGE MISTAKE! This Motel 6 actually had clean rooms and ready for the guests to come in and have a great nights sleep. I have been staying here for about a week and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have a Pitbull puppy who gets excited easily and the staff has been so welcoming with her, which is such a relief since some people see a barking Pittie and get scared, that just smile and say hello to her. The whole staff from management to hospitality have been so acommodating and kind. The guests are all nice people. I have to say, I have stayed in hotels and motels all over the country in almost every state...This Motel 6 is by far the best experience I have ever had. I can not recommend it highly enough. Thanks guys for everything!!! Keep up the top notch job!!

Loved it ! Had a great stay ! My room was large , clean and comfortable! My dog stayed with for no extra money. Staff was great! All in all win win ! 😋

Having to stay at Motel 6 - North due to financial reasons but am greatful to all the staff members who have helped us out with making payment plans and have been very understanding with us I'm greatful to russ, lexi, Brandi, and Megan they have been extremely helpful and kind to me and my fiance and for helping us, I'm grateful to Maria for keeping the place clean either way if your planning to stay at a motel plan for Motel 6 North

I find it to be a great motel me and my wife stayed here for 3 months no problems management keeps it clean, friendly and rooms are nice and spacious only thing not so great was the coffee 😂

The front desk clerk was outstanding. She was very organized and had us checked in within 3 minutes. I have never had such quick, friendly, and efficient service!

I only wish there had been a working light in the bathroom in room 116.
