Wilbarger General Hospital

I was taken to the ER this morning (March 1) by ambulance. The two ER nurses and the doctor were great.

This hospital, the Emergency Department specifically, went above and beyond while I was there. The nurses and techs were phenomenal at their job, and very professional. Also very human, and showed empathy while listening attentively to my concerns. The doctor listened attentively and showed genuine compassion. If you end up needing an ER during a road trip and you are in the area I would highly recommend this location.

This has been the best experience I have ever encountered at a Hospital from the registration all the way to discharge, Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor and I am grateful we have found him To help me with my back issues, all my nurses and techs were amazing too heather and Shelby were phenomenal…. My OT/PT where amazing and so patient with me and explained everything and gave me the instructions I needed to manage my movement for things I need to do, Dr. Lehman was great , he’s the only doctor I have ever seen go and check in on patients in every room every day. Over all it was a great experience and if you ever have to have surgery here just know you are in great hands even with the anesthesiologist and the nerve doctor not sure what he is called so please forgive me lol Thank you all so much for everything y’all did for me. Y’all don’t have an easy job by any means.

I had violent vomiting several days after a cervical vertebrae surgery. Could not keep down water, had vertigo, and nausea. The Physician on call was great. How many Physicians hold you up so you don't aspirate anything into your lungs? He told me he would help me and he did. Stopped the nausea and vertigo!
After bag or two of fluids and a good night's sleep was again on the way to recovery.

Traveling from CO to the Dallas area, we stopped at the ER for a family member’s very severe toothache...pain & swelling. The staff & doctor were kind & professional. We were in & out in less than 30 minutes with treatment & prescriptions. Very grateful & impressed!

THIS IS A REALLY GREAT HOSPITAL SOMETIMES, I DO HAVE TO ADMIT SOMETHING.
THIS HOSPITAL HAS SUCH GREAT DOCTOR'S & NURSE'S THAT WORK HERE.
THEY LITERALLY GAVE UP EVERYTHING DURING THIS "COVID 19" TO TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENT'S THAT THEY HAD HERE IN VERNON, SO THEY COULD GET THEM WELL & BACK HOME SAFE WITH THEIR FAMILIE'S AGAIN. THEY HAD BEEN TAKING GREAT CARE OF THEM ALL.

they're very rude. they don't speak nicely. the first time I went there, the staff on the schedule that morning was very very nice, but 3x since I've been back there sick, they were rude and insensitive
