The rep i delt with did more than a store employee normally dose to try and solve my problems. When the store didn't have what I needed either quantity or just product they tried their resources to help me out. If I need more while in the area they will be my first choice. Very very helpful.

Jennifer is always so sweet and helpful when we come in. We've been coming for almost 3 years and they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Make sure you pet Ace and snowball the store kitties!

They were short handed today, however the employees were super nice, attentive, and eager to help. I was able to still get in and out with all I needed fast. They even tried to assist loading my car. You won't find that in the big cities. AAA service.

AWESOME SERVICE! was very surprised first of all to be asked if we needed help (goes along ways these days especially for big businesses) but also because the dude was able to show us some odd ball parts we were long for and did it without a blink.

This place has plenty of hardware and tools to fit your projects needs!! I have been a proud customer of theirs since they came to Vernon and they always have exactly what I need!
