The staff at this location are always so friendly and honest. I love that they do their due diligence and give their most honest answer when you need something. They always try to help you so you don’t have to call corporate which is a total nightmare. They are so great here.

I came in last weekend and was struggling to find a dress in my size, when I asked for assistance the nicest employee helped me and made everything so much easier! I honestly prefer this Express over the Grand Prairie Outlets location. Oh lord. This one is much nicer and cleaner. Everything is organized and the staff has always helped me when I needed it. There's changing rooms in the back and they're kept relatively clean. Professional staff and a chill environment set the tone and pace for this Express location.

Shelley is AMAZING!!! My mom was looking for a specific dress and so she had one ordered to our home and since it didn’t fit Shelley went above and beyond and held the correct size at the store, and customer service was superb.... she deserves a raise . Now days you go to places and get ATTITUDE.... so it’s very refreshing to get a employee like her .
