Recently moved to Aspenwood apts, best decision ever, property is clean, safe, really great place to start a family, neighbors are nice too. I really like my apartment, room, kitchen appliances, bathroom. Location is great, what I like the most is customer service, thank you so much Nalleli, very professional lady at all times, went above and beyond to help me get the apartment on the time I needed it, I was a little late to sign my contract and she was nice to wait for me. She is a great asset to this company. I will definitely recommend Aspenwood apartments.

After a long and frustrating month of apartment hunting, I finally found my dream home! Property Manager nalleli was so wonderful with assisting me! Not only she helped make my whole move in experience pain less! I love how quick her response times were to my emails and how anytime I called the front office, she or someone was available to speak. It made me feel really valued as an applicant especially considering the timeframe that I needed to be out of my old spot.This has been the smoothest move in experience I could've ever wished for and I am so grateful for Nalleli, If you're looking for a place to stay, look no further. You've found it.

I want to thank Nalleli the manager at Aspenwood She does a great job and really cares about her residents. She has helped me with many issues in my time at the apts. She gets things done quickly and accurately. This is a nice quiet property with a great location. Thank you Nalleli I hope you stay here a long time.Also great office and Mantanices staff.

The manager is extremely nice so are the employees. I was very happy with the unit I was given very clean. After being here for only 2 days I already felt at home and felt safe. Very peaceful here they don't tolerate loud booming music. Don't get me wrong that's fine if you're going out the party but when you're trying to sleep at most apartment complexes you won't hear it this peaceful! I really really love it here.

I loved living at aspenwood, the office staff is great very friendly specially the manager Rosa very easy to talk to. I never had any issues while living here, only reason I left was because I moved out of state. I definitely recommend living here it’s a safe family friendly apartment complex.

Since I will be a first time renter I can for sure say these apartments are very nice and clean when I walked in I was greeted by Nallely which is the manager and she was very nice and had great customer service any question I had she answered

Aspenwood apartments is the safest most secure apartment I have lived in. Having someone at the gate 24hrs a day gives me peace of mind. Management has always been prompt and helpful when I’ve had any concerns. Apartments are clean and all neighbors are respectful. The location is convenient, close to i10 beltway 8 and 290.

Since the day I moved in the office staff was very friendly and professional, going on 1 year the security and safety of these apartments is good. The new management is amazing we are looking forward to the pools opening.... Highly recommend Aspenwood Apts.

I enjoyed my stay here at Aspenwood Apartments. The apartment complex is always very peaceful, 24 hr security, residents are all very nice as well. Overall a great experience and very easy to communicate with the front office.

Office staff are super sweet. Really clean property and nice pool and also love that the have a dog park.Great job!

The manger nalleli has been very helpful, just moved and she’s been very good at handling any problems I’ve had 10/10 management plus love the apartment :)

I have been with Aspenwood for 3.5 years since 2014 Feb. I am very pleased with my experience here. Here I will give my opinions on different aspects of living here:

Security: The guards at the front gate are very responsible. They take their time to confirm the identity of anyone who enters. I have seen cars being turned away several times. I feel safe living here.

Quietness: I am no longer a college student and I love quiet time in my apartment. I have lived on the 2nd floor for 1.5 years and my experience is great and I haven't been waken up in the middle of the night by loud noises even once. Sometimes I forget that I even have neighbors. However, the 1st floor could be loud depending on your upstairs neighbors. I told management about that and they did call them to try to resolve the issue, but there is only so much they can do.

Flooding: Hurricane Harvey just passed. From what I saw, there was no flooding damage. The worst I saw was about half an inch of water in the parking lot.

Laundry room: After the renovation, all machines work all the time and I never need to wait in line to do my laundry anymore. The room is clean as well.

Mails/packages: I have not lost a single package living here.

Maintenance: Most of my issues, such as clogging, leaking, and AC not working, are fixed within 24.

Staff: They are very helpful and friendly.

I’ve been living here for three. This is one of Houston’s hidden treasures. You have access to 290, Katy freeway, and 610. They have a 24 hour gate attendant. I can walk out to my car late at night without any worries. This complex has residents who lookout for one another. I’ve referred several people who work in the medical field they enjoy living here as well.

Nalleli is a very awesome young lady. Wonderful customer service and always helpful. Really appreciate her.

I am a renter here at Aspenwood since Feb 2019. There are 2 ladies in the front office, Rosa and Marlene and between the two of them, they get everything done extremely effectively! I feel safe with the 24hr guardhouse and have only submitted 2 maintenance request, both extremely minor and both taken care of immediately. I highly recommend Aspenwood Apartments!

Quite little complex, guess must go through security to get in. Maintenance is sent to you the same day you need something worked on beautiful pool. Pet friendly! Apartments are getting upgrades that are really nice.

I lived here for 6 months before I moved back home and really enjoyed the safety. As a single girl I wasn't too sure about living on my own but the office staff was reassuring, so I gave it a try. To my surprise I really liked Apsenwood and miss the place. If I move back to Houston I would move there again.
