White House Black Market

Always loved the WHBM, used to buy in San Antonio and online, but from now, this store, in particular, is my number 1! Friendly personal and great variety. It would be great if you sell shoes and accessories in the store as well.

Frist let me say, that I am not one to write negative reviews often, so I just wanted to take some time and updated my review posted about a year ago about this location. The last few times that I have visited WHBM San Marcos, I've been pleasantly pleased with the staff. I wish I call everyone's name, but 5 stars to anyone who has been on staff over the last 6 months! Special shoutout to Shree and Deanna who made my last shopping experience great with a fun and friendly vibe. Thanks to the entire staff for your professionalism and attentiveness towards your customers. It is greatly appreciated :0)

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a WHBM store. No greeting, no assistance. I must have been invisible. I first blew it off as young staff since to two ladies at the register were fairly young. Probably college students. They were pretty in their own world just chatting and laughing about who knows what. But then an older woman, obviously a manager or supervisor comes from the back, walks right past me and says absolutely nothing, does what she had to do and the walked right past me again and went to a room in the back. Then I went to the counter, no one acknowledged me, so I interrupted the personal conversation and ask for a fitting room. Was told, “oh, their unlocked”, lol. Tried on my cloths and wanted to buy, but decided to take my business elsewhere. Never been treated like that in WHBM 😐

I’m a husband and this is my POV.

The staff at this store has always made my wife feel like the queen of the world, which she is to me of course, but they seem to go the extra mile every time. She has a lot of work functions and meetings she attends even during the pandemic and they have always been “sisters helping her shop” (her words not mine). I just wanted to say some kind words to the staff and the company for what they do.

Great prices on sales and clearance items. The items on the clearance rack are actually very nice! You get more for your money

Excellent service and high end ladies fashions. Looking for a nice evening dress? Probably find it here. My wife seems to really like this joint. I end up here most weekends.

I love this store. Great quality items, and the workers are always ready to help you with any of your concerns.
