Prompt , good job and cleaned up mess.

The place is very unorganized and the lack of communication between shifts is outstanding, almost like a "blaming" war between shifts.

The weight of the job falls over one technician because they do not hire any more tech to cover the other positions, they keep promising to do so for years but at the end only one technician ends up doing the job of five.
Compensation isn't up to market standards or any standards, insurance benefits are a JOKE. Overall the place is about promises that you will never receive, they "play" the employees so they won't have to pay shifts diferencial ( let's say that those working 600pm to 230am get 1.50? But they set up your schedule for 530-230 ...because of this you only get paid 1.00 since "technically" you "belong" to day shift even when you are working the night shift. They blame corporate for EVERY decision, they are shady and always try to trick the employee, they move your overtime around to make it regular time, they use your PTO for holidays 😂, and that is if you can get any because they don't have anyone to cover for you, and if you request it ( even 3 months in advance) they dare to ask you to find someone to cover for you, like that is my problem? If you have car problems, they will ask you to uber y'all....this is the shady type of business I have zero regrets when I left ...oh and the pharmacy director is nowhere to be found, He only appears from time to time to pretend and by mid morning is gone....
