Yes, this is a Restoration Hardware store. So it IS still very pricey. Everybody should be aware of the price level you are walking into. But hey, you get what you pay for. In this case, items made of amazing QUALITY. There ARE damages to some items, typically priced accordingly.

Discounts range in amount, 50%-80%, all items have tags with a detailed written explanation of discount(s) and damages if any (pictured). They confirmed that they get new product every Friday! Which all goes straight to the sales floor. Which is great.

Once you purchase large furniture, store associates do a walk through with you, as you agree to any damages, if any. Stock employees then wrap up your items, and meet you in the back of the store to load up your items into your vehicle. Only 15 minutes after purchase!

Overall great store, variety of product, great quality items. It's nice to have this discounted option, way better than full price at The RH in the Domain in Austin!

If your looking for furniture that's made very well and good quality that's the place to go too also it's half the price from the original store so I really recommend it. Everything I have from them is mostly what's still lasting and I am slowly getting rid of my other furniture as the get older

Great deals can be had here if you time it right! In many cases the items have little or no wear/superficial scratches and are heavily discounted(up to 85% off retail!).

Kaylaa at RH and most of the other staff are real designers. They listen to your needs and style instead of pushing styles that you don't like. I have learned a lot from her about design. It is definately not just about picking things that have wow factor. Designing your home is a series of layers that compliment each other. I suggest becoming a member to receive a discount and also to benefit from the use of their design team.

My wife and I came into restoration hardware today not intending on buying anything. We saw a table we loved and considered buying it. Jarah was a huge help and went above and beyond in our buying experience. She went out of her way to provide us with several options and alternatives to get exactly what we wanted. Incredible service... we will be back!

Awesome factory outlet for contemporay/ modern furniture in The San Marcos Outlet Mall shopping center. There is a minimalist look to many of the rather large furniture pieces and accessory tables. Everything is listed as " Final Sale" or "no replacement parts available" which, after a moment's thought, caused me to examine many of the pieces with a bit more scrutiny and I've come to the conclusion that this is Restoration Hardwares Clearance location for damaged, missing pieces and cosmetically less than perfect floor items from a regular retail outlet. Note: if you think 2k is a little steep for a casual chair then keep walking. Very stylish, very pricey. You know what they say...if you have to ask how much you probably can't afford it. If you are Trump tight with loot then mosey on in. You will find some one-of-a-kind awesome home decor items that I would like to own.
