I highly recommend this company. I was having issues with my water heater . I called multiple places and they were trying to charge me for a diagnostics fee. I called B & D plumbing and heating. they answer the phone right away and made arrangements on their schedule to come and help me the following day. They came out first thing in the morning and got the issue resolved With no hesitation. I am Beyond blessed that I had the opportunity to work with this company! They saved my life. 🙏

We have used B&D for all our plumbing needs since I first met them on our houme addition in 2005. They are always personable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Blair has stood behind all his work and if problems arose, he took care of them very quickly. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know... and I do.

Very professional, very polite, responded quickly, and didn't laugh when all he had to do was reset our water heater and it lit right up.

Our furnace broke down on a Friday. I called B & D and they were booked, but I got a call around 3pm (they close at 4) telling me they would fit me in because they didn't want us to go the entire weekend without heat. That was truly above and beyond. Great local business. Super nice to deal with. VERY reasonable prices. Please support them!

Helped me out with my tankless water heater a single mom with two kiddos I really needed the helped and he squeezed me into his busy schedule and came out to fix my water heater. I appreciate it so much . I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing help. Or having work done. Best service .

Backed up bathroom sink, so I called. Man came out and unclogged. Didn't clean up after himself but unclogged. Within a week, toilet flooding (assume he didn't check line). It took nearly a month to get toilet and line fixed since they couldn't figure out where problem was. I'm a senior citizen and was without any water drainage for weeks. I could run water in a bucket and dump outside. After they "fixed" I noticed black all over walls, hole in wall behind toilet, and my new tub (less than a year old) cracked and chipped.

I wanted to give this company a chance but after the short phone call with the person I spoke to I was left feeling upset. The person on the phone didn't seem to care about my problem and I felt like an inconvenience asking questions about making an appointment. Called another company and they were more organized for scheduling an appointment.

Never answer phone, never return phone calls or voicemails...even if They can't do the work or don't want to good customer service would be to return a call saying so.
