Locally owned and a great place to shop. They are always helpful with getting me just what I’m looking for.

Every employee will go out of their way to help you and if they don’t have what you need, they will try to order it for you. Adeana runs that store well, she’s an asset to have there. For a smaller store, they have pretty much everything you might need and more saving you a lot of trips further into town to fight traffic at box stores.

I’ve come here for a long time and it’s always been a positive experience. Very rarely do they not have what I’m looking for. I recently went in looking for very specific screws, springs and nuts for my firearm accessories and I was instantly greeted by a new employee (to me). ADEANA. She is extremely overqualified, she was very pleasant, professional, and literally took it upon herself to figure out the problem and spent almost 45 minutes looking for the parts I needed, and even used her own tools to ensure that the products she was selling me would work. She deserves a raise, a promotion, and your kindness. Don’t sleep on ACE Hardware. They’re here to help.

Very helpful people and lots of inventory.

I stopped by for one thing!!!! When I parked, I saw everything I needed for my flower garden. The nice Lady working that department was very helpful & kind. She was helping myself & 4 others! She was so sweet & helpful to all of us!!!! She has tremendous customer service skills!!!! I want to Thank Her for helping me.

So glad this sailors was built in this location! Handy. And you'll get some help. I have bought hard to find screws in this store, and in stainless. They even have little gun bolts! Great store. I can get fuel lines and hoses by the foot. I can get wall mud at a really good price and a constant supply.

Staff went above and beyond making sure customers got generators during city wide power outage! Stayed after hours and called to make sure everyone who needed one could get it and we’re still all smiles when a couple hiccups of getting them in, kudos to them!

Skye and the team are great. Every single time I walk in the door I have multiple people ask if I need help. I can poorly describe what I’m looking for and they’ll send me to an aisle and BAM someone is there waiting to help me. All around great place.

I just moved to Lakeport from Longview and stopped in to purchase some wallpaper glue remover. This store is PERFECT! The customer service was wonderful (greeted me at the door!), they had everything I could dream of needing including bike repair (my husband is a bike commuter) and canning supplies. The store was neat and organized well. I plan to shop here for all my new hardware and much more. They even had fruit trees and garden supplies! I've never seen such a fantastic Ace, and I've shopped at them for years!

Store is a little cramped, but has a great selection. Staff is friendly as well.

Every single moment of this visit was pleasant. From the employees being extremely helpful in the store all the way to them loading up what I purchased. This place should be your number one stop for any hardware needs if you're in the area.
