We received our Ballantine sofa yesterday and it exceeded our expectations for beauty, quality, and comfort. Hannah answered innumerable questions about the sofa's construction and helped us when we wanted to remove the fogging on the sofa. We appreciated the large samples of the leather that was actually going to be used on our sofa so that we could have stopped the order if need be. The sofa arriveded sooner than expected and in great condition. Since this was a completely online purchase, we were thrilled that it was as comfortable as Hannah promised. We look forward to working with Hannah again.

From our initial chat online to delivery day, this company gets A++. These guys know what good customer service means. Also, the quality of the product can speak for itself. I’m extremely happy with my purchase; I had good advice and input all along the way.

On 5/14/2022 after looking at leather furniture sets locally; my family purchased a leather sofa and love seat custom made from Natuzzi Leather from Ivan. Ivan is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable of the products he sells, and provides stellar customer service. Although, we purchased from him online, he made us feel comfortable about our purchase. He overnighted us swatches, so that we could feel the texture of the leather we were purchasing and pick a color that would complement our home. Ivan, also gave us great incentives that met our budget and ultimately motivated us to move forward with our furniture purchase. He estimated that we would receive our furniture sometime in December due to supply chain issues, but to our surprise, we received it on 10/17/2022 and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Ask for Ivan if you want a great shopping experience buying from Leather Showroom.

Who in their right mind buys quality leather furniture on line - sight unseen? We did and are so glad we did. We worked with Rachel Trevino for a long period of time before we decided to buy. Short of traveling to Texas, our experience with Rachel was one of developing trust - understanding our needs - asking questions about the space - learning about our color scheme - utilizing every avenue to communicate. We did not count our phone calls but know they were numerous. We utilized the on line "CHAT" for quick questions at least 10 times. We received samples of varying colors and grades based upon the information we provided to Rachel. We understand that Leather Showroom handles many quality brands - manufactured both in the US and Internationally. We researched all brands, the sizes, and the configurations offered and after agonizing about color and style arrived at a decision to purchase the Omnia. We cannot stress the importance of the trust that was established with Rachel. The final product now graces our home and we are proud to say that with Rachel's patience and guidance we are 100% positive that we made the best decision. We highly recommend Rachel Trevino and Leather Showroom for your decorating choice. While we never met face-to-face we can say we know Rachel and she knows us...her sense of humor - her ability to reassure us - her genuinely caring about our satisfaction sealed the deal.

Hannah did a awesome job helping me order my new omnia sectional. Very professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. Leather showroom also saved me close to $1800.00 by purchasing it online through them. Thanks Hannah.

Our shopping experience with Ray as our associate was as good as it gets! He was warm, exceptionally knowledgeable and NEVER pushy! He and the store exceeded expectations!

1/6/24:
After delivery, unpacking and assembly of sofa legs I was asked immediately to sign a delivery agreement as they were in a hurry to leave. (No mention was made to slow down and inspect my new Natuzzi sofa for damage - my error.) As I ushered them out, I went to the sofa and immediately saw a smudge on the corner arm of the sofa. With a little soap and water I wiped off the smudge and noticed the damage to the leather.
(When unpacking and assembling the legs to the sofa they surely must have been aware of the smudge/damage.) I called down to our lobby concierge to stop them before exiting the building. Too late. They had already left.

So I quickly called Metroware Delivery.
They said "if I signed the delivery document there's nothing they can do about repairing the leather etc." ??!!

What a hassle and lousy service from Metroware!

To make a very long story short, Mike at Leather Showroom answered my panic call and resolved the situation by finding a great local leather restorer, Dan Hoffman at Fibrenew Portland, and the sofa is as good as new!

Big fan of the leather showroom stores! Rey assisted me and my boyfriend. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up going with a couch from a separate furniture store however Rey’s service was so great I had to leave him a review. He wasn’t too pushy like other sale reps can be, but we appreciated him following up with us while we continued our search. Definitely looking forward to going back to him for any future leather needs. Thanks for all your help Rey! (:

I haven't gotten the furniture yet, but just had the best customer service experience ever. Hannah helped me figure out what I saw in a local store of mine with just sending a picture. I was then able to figure out the color I wanted, and get it ordered. I was a little high maintenance asking questions, and then adding on the leather protection after everything was completed. Our interaction was amazing, and well worth it. If my furniture is half as good as this experience, I'll be telling everyone I know about this place.

I was lucky to have Mike Pilkilton as the Leather Showroom sales person working with me as I went through the furniture selection and ordering process. He was exemplary throughout the process. He spent a lot of time with me going through various furniture set options and leather grading that helped me make a decision. There was absolutely no sales pressure. He provided very prompt service and communicated very clearly. And he even worked very politely and supportively through an order change request I made. I highly recommend you ask for Mike Pilkilton if you are seriously interested in purchasing furniture from Leather Showroom. Leather Showroom should be proud to have him on their staff.

Great customer service! Rey was super helpful in finding the perfect microfiber color for our Natuzzi sofa ser. I really appreciated his expertise, patience and kindness.

After visiting numerous furniture showrooms in SW Florida, I began searching websites and came across the Leather Showroom in TX which carries the manufacturer and type furniture we were looking for.
I gave them a call because I had some questions about them being out-of-state and about the furniture.
The phone was answered by Ivan who was absolutely wonderful to talk with about our furniture purchase. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, and patient throughout our conversation.
Ultimately, we did make our purchase through Ivan and the Leather Showroom. Ivan, on his day off, took my call and worked with me to complete the purchase!

We ordered two IMG recliner chairs from Leather Showroom and couldn't be more pleased. We are pleased with the chairs (they are wonderful) but are especially pleased with the customer service we received from the Leather Showroom. Ivan was particularly helpful. These people are great. There was an issue with the shipping arrangements and the folks at Leather Showroom stepped up and did everything in their power to make it right. Customer service of this caliber is rare in todays marketplace. I would highly recommend Leather Showroom for any of your furniture needs.

I recently considered buying a recliner from Leather Showroom and spent some time on the phone with Mike, who was extremely courteous and helpful. Ultimately, I did not make a purchase, but my reasons had nothing to do with either the product or the customer service. Mike was great, and when I informed him of my decision, he returned my deposit immediately and without rancor. If this is indicative of how they treat their customers, then you should have no hesitation in working with them.

I ordered a leather sectional from Leather Showroom and it is beautiful. Ivan was extremely helpful and nice. My only suggestion would be they find a different delivery company. Was happy with contractors that made the actual delivery but Metropolitan made a huge mistake and were unwilling to fix to my satisfaction. Leather Showroom and Ivan are awesome.

Many years ago my son purchased an IMG leather chair. His health has changed recently and he needs a powered IMG recliner. I spoke with Mike. His help was above and beyond customer service. Mike was knowledgeable and professional. After listening to my concerns Mike took my purchase and made it personal. He was compassionate and supportive.
