We were in the market for living room furniture. NC Furniture has a wide variety of chairs, sofas, love seats at competitive prices to other big box furniture stores. We purchased a sofa/love seat made by Flexsteel. Very sturdy yet beautiful and made in USA. Delivered the next day - great customer service. While shopping David was helpful, answering questions but not pushy or in your face. We will be back for additional furniture when needed!

Impressive Collection of high quality furniture brands. Room groupings were spaced without crowding for easy walking through store. Salesman Robert Cabezuela knowledgeable and allowed us to browse without pressure.

I came in the store last night & picked out a sectional & they delivered it today. I love it so much! We are so happy with it. Thank you so much. TJ, David & I can not remember the other guys name but you all are amazing! The delivery guys to were the absolute best!

Robert Cabezuela was amazing! He was very helpful, showed us everything we wanted to see, and very honest! NCFD has so many options, beautiful, and quality furniture for all your needs. We were on a time crunch and he was so good and patient with me! We were in and out in an hour and got our furniture same day! We love our new sofa and entertainment console! Thank you Robert!

North Carolina Furniture has a lot of selections and is an extremely well-run family-owned business. Our sales rep John was great in helping us pick our new bed set and tv console. He is very knowledgeable and was very kind and patient to answer all of our questions in detail about the material, care and longevity of all the products we were interested in. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and the process.

Great customer service and salespeople. They warned me ahead of time that the table I was purchasing would dent/scratch easily and not be easily fixed or covered under the warranty. I appreciated their honesty up front, and stuck with the dining set anyway. My kids managed to scratch it before we had it a week, but it still looks good.

When the set was delivered, the delivery guys noticed a scratch on one of the chairs and replaced the chair the next day without me even asking.

Their furniture is much higher quality than anything I could find at Ashley, Rooms To Go or IKEA. I would definitely recommend them and will shop there again.

I was greated at the door when I walked in. I gave the information I was looking for and was given directions to where I needed to go. I was given time to look over several theater type recliners till I found what I was looking for. I just didn't like the one on the floor color. The sales agent gave me a swatch book and time to sort through. I found what I liked and the sale was completed in about 15 minutes. They really make it easy to find what you want without chasing you around the store ushering you into a different direction. I recommend this store to anyone wanting a no hassle buying experience. These guys are legit.

The moment my boyfriend and I walked in we felt so welcomed by all of the staff!! Kim was outstanding and helped us find our dream furniture! He stayed with us the entire walk through and answered any and all questions we had, and we had a lot lol! Zachary was our sales professional. Was a delight to work with. Professional, informative, Knowledgeable in all aspects of the products. All staff was extremely friendly, helpful when asked about any issues. Will continue to shop there.

Second time customer. Staff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing! Found what we were looking for quickly. One piece had to be ordered in and the wait wasn’t too long. Delivery was great and furniture handled with care.

Customer service is a rarity in today's world, but not at North Carolina Furniture Direct. Not only did they deliver our furniture on the same day, but they let us exchange the living room sectional, for a different one, no questions asked. The first one was good quality, but a little too hard for our liking. I highly recommend Clifford to be your salesperson. He took excellent care of us.

We were on the hunt for a recliner. Had been to living spaces, lazy boy and rooms to go but didn't find what I wanted. We ended up going local and were pleasantly surprised. Sales people were layer back, low pressure and friendly. They had a good assortment to choose from. We ended up getting a flex steel recliner with electric leg lift, lumbar support and head tilt. It is extremely comfortable and the price, though not cheap, was acceptable for the level of quality we got. Pick up was easy. Overall, great experience and would definitely go back. UPDATE: 6 months later. Had to have major work done on the chair. New motor, switches and frame. What a piece of !@*&#^$@! I wish I would have bought a lazy boy. It is now working but still makes a horrendous noise from the frame. I guess I have to live with it. NEVER AGAIN!

Great work with and competitive in pricing. Delivery of new furniture and removal of old was much cheaper than what we found in San Antonio. Most stores won't take old furniture away.

Not being a fan of big “showroom” stores, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience at NC Direct.

They have a huge selection of furniture, but the store feels open - not cluttered - and is easy to navigate. Everything is clearly marked.

Our salesman, Zachary, though new…was VERY knowledgeable about the inventory, the various manufacturers and the quality of their construction. The few questions he couldn’t answer, he eagerly went to a supportive manager to find out.

What made this a GREAT experience was when we went back this morning, 2 days after our purchase…which was a sofa, chair and a recliner…which would replace our existing loveseat.

Well…I wasn’t feeling right about it for a variety of reasons so, we went back to exchange the recliner for another loveseat…knowing we would pay more…IF they would let us. I’ve dealt with stores in the past that said no.

They not only said YES…but Zachary was trying hard to get the new loveseat delivered today…and the truck had already left!

Whether they do or not…it won’t matter. They’ve earned my wife and me as loyal customers and look forward to our beautiful, well-made new furniture!!

And when we need something else…THAT’S where we’ll be going!!

Best place to buy a couch in central Texas! I cannot speak more highly of this company and this amazing couch. First, the couch is exactly my style and the softest most cloud-like nap station I’ve ever experienced. I worked with Michelle who was very friendly and professional. The couch was reasonably priced and is exceptional quality and design. The delivery was fast (<24 hours) and also friendly !! 10/10 !! Thank you

We have purchased many pieces of furniture from NCFD since we found them. We now recommend them to anyone we know looking for furniture. We still have our glider, couch and chair as well as the dining table we bought in 2007. We just purchased a recliner & are very happy with it. We’ve also bought mattresses there and are happy with them. The people at NCFD are so nice & helpful. They can help you with any and all of you furniture needs. Just stop by and see for yourself.

I vaguely remember when I got a dresser here, but I know today I got a recliner. Very friendly sales associate. Almost got tempted into something more expensive because it was actually cool. But given my dad's price range and maneuverability of this special little recliner, I went with something simpler. Good customer service and nice to know this place still kicks. My dad just wants to say that the prices are a bit high for an outlet store.

Excellent service by David Kavecki. I met the general manager and he was very helpful. This is my second time to buy furniture from this company. Will come back for sure.

Great experience! I knew exactly what I wanted and David showed me what was in stock, even moved a couple of end tables for me so I could see how they looked next to the love seat, and then topped it off by having it delivered the very next day. Doesn't get much better than that!
