I cannot speak more highly of The Loft- Tyler and their customer service. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. The store manager was incredibly accommodating to my needs— I am very thankful for her kindness! I will certainly be back to shop! Thank you to the three women who helped me today, especially the store manager.

We just moved to Tyler area from Dallas and my wife is thrilled that one of her favorite shops, The Loft, is here! I went in for an anniversary gift, and the ladies there were extremely helpful and kind! So glad you all are here!
