Stop N Drive Food Mart

First let me start by saying I have started making them my regular store because Matt is amazing and I always leave with a smile! Customer service like that is hard to find and he really cares. Tonight I got to deal with the owner who was kind and helpful. This is my go to store!!

I've been coming here for a long time and I was just about ready to quit because the old man that works the night is so rude. But I went in last night and they had someone new working overnight and he is very friendly. I wasn't going to try again after that experience before but the lady that works in the morning convinced me to get another try. If they keep the guy there I would definitely come back. They have really good beer prices. They have made several improvements over the last few weeks. Would have been five star if it wouldn't be for the bad experience I had with the old man.

Good gas prices. Thats it.

If I could give a place 0 stars this is the one that deserves it!!! my husband and I have been playing there on their machines for the last month to six weeks. They always paid our small winnings with a smile and once my husband hit for a couple hundred and the owners wife paid him happily. Until today… between the two of us we happen to hit for $1600 the owner decides he’s just not going to pay us. He said we aren’t going to be paid our jackpot winnings. This morning when I hit I was told to come back at 2 o’clock today to collect when the owner had time to bring the money up there. When I arrived at the designated time we start playing like usual putting 20 after 20 into his machines waiting on him to arrive. While we’re playing a chubby Hispanic woman comes to us and says can I speak with the two of you privately. So, of course, we oblige. The owner was on the phone with her and proceeded to tell her to tell us that they are NOT going to pay out because we are too new of customers. Today alone between us we put nearly 700 dollars in their machines and when it’s time for them to pay up they just refused. This place is owned by liars and thieves!!!!! We’ve played at several of the local machine spots and are known in the community and I am disgusted at the way he cheated us. He had no problem taking hundred, heck thousands over the last month but when it’s his turn to pay he flat refused.

On a better note, the two gentleman that work the desk were both very friendly and nice to us, and the older gentleman was absolutely appalled at the way that they did us today it’s only the owners that I speak so poorly of not the workers.
